درحالی‌که عوامل اجتماعی مؤثر بر سلامت، سال ها مورد توجه سازمان جهانی بهداشت بوده ولی در کشور ما هنوز این مسئله مورد توجه کافی قرار نگرفته است.


این مطلب را رئیس سازمان نظام‌پزشکی کشور در همایش عوامل اجتماعی مؤثر برسلامت که روز گذشته در سالن همایش‌های کتابخانه ملی برگزارشد، عنوان کرد.دکتر شهاب الدین صدر، با بیان اینکه مسایل اجتماعی، مهم‌ترین عامل مؤثر بر سلامت در جوامع است افزود:50درصد عوامل مؤثر سلامت، اجتماعی است و این درحالی است که ژن و عوامل بیولوژیک 15درصد، عوامل پزشکی 25درصد و رفتارهای فردی و اجتماعی 10درصد بر سلامت تاثیر‌گذار هستند.وی در بخش دیگری از سخنان خود اظهار داشت: سلامت مقوله‌ای است که بدون عزم ملی، همکاری بین بخشی و مشارکت مردم تامین نمی‌شود به همین دلیل همه باید در جهت رسیدن به اهداف عالی در این زمینه همت گمارند و نگاهی سلامت محور از سوی مردم و مسئولان ایجاد شود.رئیس سازمان نظام پزشکی به بحث عدالت در سلامت اشاره کرد و گفت: توجه به عدالت در سلامت باعث می‌شود تا همه آحاد مردم بتوانند از امکانات و خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی مناسب برخوردار باشند.

موانع اجرای عدالت در بخش سلامت

دکترصدر به برخی از عوامل اجتماعی مؤثر برسلامت اشاره کرد و افزود: بدون ریشه کن شدن و کاهش جدی فقر، داشتن امنیت غذایی، مسکن، محیط‌زیست سالم، تفریح، درآمد پایدار و اصلاح شرایط زندگی در حاشیه شهرها نمی‌توان به اهداف عدالت در سلامت دست‌یافت.وی افزود: توسعه یک جامعه، می‌تواند براساس کیفیت سلامت جمعیت، میزان عادلانه بودن توزیع خدمات سلامت بین طیف‌های اجتماعی و درجه حمایت موجود برای محرومیت ناشی از بیماری قضاوت شود.دکترصدر گفت: داشتن جامعه‌ای سالم و بهداشتی نه تنها باید به یک خواست و مطالبه عمومی تبدیل شود بلکه باید به یک اراده و همت ملی منتهی شده و مردم بیش از اینکه دیگران را مسئول سلامت جامعه بدانند باید خود را مکلف به حفظ و ارتقای سلامت جامعه بدانند.وی در باره ارتباط درآمد و سلامت گفت: طول عمر افراد برخوردار از لحاظ مالی بیش از دهک‌های دیگر در کشور است.وی سن امید به زندگی را در کشور 75سال اعلام کرد و گفت: این عدد در نقاط مختلف کشور متغیر است و هرچه میزان آن افزایش یابد، نشان‌دهنده عدالت در سلامت است.

در همایش عوامل اجتماعی مؤثر بر سلامت، دکتر علیرضا مرندی، عضو کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس شورای اسلامی نیز از آموزش، پژوهش، ارائه خدمات سلامت و پاسخگویی به‌عنوان 4وظیفه دانشکده‌های پزشکی یاد کرد و افزود: مرتبط بودن آموزش و پژوهش و خدمات سلامت با نیاز جامعه، کیفیت مطلوب آموزش و خدمات، اثر بخشی و عدالت در سلامت از معیارهای پاسخگویی است.وی در بحث عدالت در سلامت گفت: آحاد مردم باید از حداکثر سلامت جسم و روان برخوردار باشند و همه متولیان سلامت باید در این زمینه توجه جدی داشته باشند.

دکتر مرندی با بیان اینکه در کشورهای غربی، نگاه و رویکرد‌های جدید به مقوله سلامت طی سال‌های اخیر شده است افزود: نگاه جدی به زیربناها در سلامت، چرخش از فوق تخصص و مراقبت‌های ویژه به مراقبت‌های اولیه سلامت، داروهای ژنریک، توجه خاص به عوامل اجتماعی سلامت و علاوه برآن عدالت در سلامت، ازجمله رویکرد‌ها و چرخش‌های جدید کشورهای غربی به مقوله سلامت است.
عضو کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس شورای اسلامی در بخش دیگری از سخنان خود اظهار داشت: هدف اصلی آموزش پزشکی باید کاهش بار بیماری‌ها و ارتقای سلامت باشد به بیان دیگر، ما نباید بگذاریم مردم بیمار شوند. به همین دلیل باید برای مراقبت‌های اولیه و پیشگیری، آموزش شیوه زندگی سالم و سلامت معنوی راهکارهای جدی اندیشیده شود و در این جهت مشارکت مردم و همکاری‌های بین بخشی ضروری است.

دکتر بهنام پرهیزگاردبیر اجرایی این همایش نیز گفت: آگاهی از اهمیت سلامت سبب خواهد شد که به این مقوله جدی‌تر نگریسته شود، به همین منظور در این همایش عواملی که در به دست آمدن سطح فعلی و ارتقای سلامت نقش دارند، شناسایی شده و نقش و اندازه آنها در سلامت مشخص می‌شود.

با زیر میزی و تخلفات پزشکی به شدت بر خورد می شود

رئیس سازمان نظام پزشکی کشور در پاسخ به سؤال خبرنگار همشهری درباره بحث تخلفات پزشکی و بحث زیرمیزی گفت: سازمان نظام پزشکی به‌شدت با موضوع زیرمیزی و سایر تخلفات پزشکی برخورد و به همه شکایت‌ها رسیدگی می‌کند.دکتر صدر افزود: پزشکان باید براساس تعرفه‌های مصوب و قانونی از بیماران وجه دریافت کنند چرا که در غیر‌این صورت به‌شدت برخورد خواهد شد.رئیس سازمان نظام پزشکی، همچنین گفت: توجه به عوامل اجتماعی بر سلامت موضوعی جدی است و باید به مجموعه عوامل آن با نگاه ویژه نگریست.

به نظر من چند سال عمر کردن اصلاً مهم نیست , مهم اینه که:
زندگی را به زنده بودن بگذرانیم که سالها به اجبار خواهیم خفت

به نظر من کیفیت زندگی مهم است نه کمیت .......
مهم این است که نام خوب ازخودمون بزاریم و یک کار مثبت انجام داده باشیم و مثل این بیت نشیم
عمر گرانمایه دراین صرف شد تا چه خوریم صیف وچه پوشیم شتا

بچه ها من فکر نمی کنم این مطلب منظورش این باشه که ما چقدر دوست داریم چقدر زندگی کنیم یا کیفیت زندگیمون چه جوری باشه ؟ این مطلب داره درباره سنه امید به زندگی تو جامعه ما صحبت میکنه . یعنی عوامل محیطی و اجتماعی که شرایط امید به زندگی رو تو یه جامعه تعریف می کنه . یعنی به کلیت جامعه برمی گرده نه نگاه فردی
