دستاوردهاي متخصصين مرکز ملي ژاپن
فقط کافي است به آخرين دستاوردهاي متخصصين مرکز ملي هدايت (ارتقاء) سلامت و رفتار شناسي توکيو توجه کنيم!

آنها ميگويند:

1. هرگز سيگار نکشيد و اگر ميکشيد ، نيمه آخر آن را هيچ وجه نکشيد

2در حمام هيچگاه مستقيما زير دوش آب گرم نفس نکشيد. کلر يک قاتل تدريجي است.

3هنگام شارژ موبايل ابتدا شارژر را به گوشي وصل کنيد و سپس آن را به برق وصل کنيد. بهتر است موبايل خاموش باشد


. 4 چاي بيشتر از يک روز مانده را اصلا ننوشيد.

5. هنگام روشن کردن کولر اتومبيل خود ابتدا به مدت حداقل 5 دقيقه پنجره ها را باز بگذاريد و در پمپ بنزينها کولر را خاموش نماييد.

6. غذاي خود را بيشتر از يکبار در مايکروفر گرم نکنيد و بعد از آن درصورت عدم استفاده دور بريزيد.

7. با حيوانات خانگي تعامل مثبت داشته باشيد. آنها ممکن است از خيلي از انسانها سالمتر و تميزتر باشند. عوامل مشترک زياد آنها با انسانها ميتواند به شکل واکسن در بدن عمل کند.

8. هنگام غذا بين هرلقمه حداقل 1 دقيقه فاصله بگذاريد و دو ساعت قبل و بعد از غذا و هنگام آن نوشيدني ننوشيد.

9. هنگام حرکت اتومبیل، پنجره ها را تماما باز نکنيد تا هوا بصورت باد وارد مجاري تنفسي نگردد

10. لوازم آرايشي را بيشتر از 5 ساعت برروي پوست خود باقي نگذاريد. سلولهاي پوستي نياز به تعرق و تنفس دارند. درمنزل نيز تا حد امکان از لباسهاي گشاد ، راحت و باز استفاده نماييد.

11. موهاي خود را بيش از يکبار در شبانه روز شانه نکنيد.مراقب ورود شوره سر (حتي بصورت نامرئي) به چشمها و مجراي تنفسي خود باشيد.

12. هنگام دويدن و راه رفتن سر خود را بالا نگهداريد.هنگام نشستن و خوابيدن برعکس سر خود را پايين نگهداريد.

13. توجه بيش از حد به وزن، سودمند نيست. بدن انسان قادر است بصورت خودکار ميزان ورودي، جذب و ميزان دفع را تنظيم نمايد و اشتهاي طبيعي نيز متناسب با آن ميباشد. هرچه قدر دوست داريد بخوريد.

14. اگر نياز مالي نداريد، لازم نيست روزي 8 ساعت کار کنيد. بهترين تعداد ساعات کاري بين 5 الي 6 ساعت ميباشد.

15. هرگز پشت مانيتور (هاي قديمي) که روشن هستند قرار نگيريد. ضرر آنها از خيلي از دستگاههاي عکسبرداري بيشتر است.

16. ورزش و تحرک در ابتداي صبح نه تنها سودمند نيست بلکه خطرناک نيز هست. سعي کنيد آن را در حداقل 3 ساعت بعد از بيداري و یا عصر انجام دهيد.

17. توجه بيش از حد به امور سياسي، ورزشي و اقتصادي براي سلامت روان مضر بوده و در دراز مدت به علت عدم امکان تسلط بر کنترل آنها، باعث اختلالات رواني ميگردد.

18. معجزه جواهر آلات براي خانمها را فراموش نکنيد. حتي اگر صرفا به ديدن آنها باشد.

19. هيچگاه به پهلو نخوابيد. سعي کنيد در جهت عمود بر محور مغناطيسي زمين بخوابيد.

حالا که ژاپنی ها هم گفتند پس این یک بند رژیم غذایی ام اس هم تایید میشه. البته نیم ساعت قبل از غذا میشه مایعات خورد اما وسط و بعد از غذا برای هضم و جذب خیلی زیان آور هست، بخصوص اگر غذا گوشتی باشه.

هر لقمه ای بخوریم بالاخره یک دقیقه وقت برای جویدنش لازمه ، یه دقیقه هم بعدش باید صبر کنیم یعنی هر لقمه حداقل 2 دقیقه طول میکشه .میگیم 15 لقمه ضرب در 2 = 30 دقیقه ، دوساعت قبل و دو ساعت بعدشم نباید آب بخوریم میشه 4 ساعت و نیم !! icon_cryicon_cry
سه وعده غذا میخوریم هر کدوم 4 ساعت و نیم نباید آب بخوریم میشه به عبارتی 13 ساعت و نیم در شبانه روز نباید آب بخوریم confused2

8 تا 8.30 صبحانه - 6 تا 10 و نیم صبح، آب تعطیل
13 نهار - 11 تا 15و نیم، آب تعطیل
