تولید داروی ام.اس با پایه گیاهی در کشور - محمود - 2010/02/21

داروی درمان بیماری ام اس با پایه کاملا گیاهی و بدون مواد شیمیایی توسط محققان کشور ساخته شد که در فاز حیوانی نتایج کاملا مثبتی از آن استخراج شده است و به زودی با حمایت معاون علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری وارد فاز انسانی خواهد شد.



فاطمه قاسمی سخا مجری تولید داروی درمان و پیشگیری از ام اس گفت: تولید این دارو در مرحله حیوانی به انجام رسیده و به صورت کامل جواب مثبت داده است. این مرحله در دو فاز پیشگیری کننده و درمانی انجام شده است.

وی ادامه داد: آزمایشها در فاز مدل حیوانی در دو جنس نر و ماده در فصل زمستان و تابستان انجام شد و به زودی در مرکز تحقیقات MS بیمارستان سینا وارد فاز انسانی این دارو خواهیم شد. مجری ساخت داروی ام اس گفت: با حمایتهای معاون علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری بودجه فاز انسانی این طرح تامین خواهد شد.

وی در ادامه گفت: این دارو به صورت خوراکی مصرف می شود و فاقد هرگونه ماده شیمیایی است و با مواد گیاهی تولید می شود و برخلاف داروهایی که در این بیماری مصرف می شود هزینه بسیار پایینی دارد.

قاسمی سخا درباره فاز پیشگیری این دارو به مهر گفت: برای بحث پیشگیری از ام اس که مرحله واکسن سازی است هنوز وارد مرحله انسانی نشده ایم و فقط در فاز درمان کار انجام خواهیم داد.

نمی دونم این خبر بد تنظیم شده و یا من چیزی سرم نمیشه....
اگر تولید این دارو در مرحله حیوانی به انجام رسیده که میشه داروی حیوانی....اسمش گیاهی نیست....اگر منظور اینه که فاز تست پش بالینی یا تحقیق روی حیوان رو گذرونده اون یک بحث دیگه س.
اما درمورد پیش گیری باز فکر کنم یه کم توی تنظیم خبر اقرار شده: تمام داروهایی که الان در بازار هستند هیچکدام درمان هم نمی کنند فقط از روند رشد بیماری جلوگیری می کنند. پس اول باید ما رو توی ده راه بدهند بعد سراغ کدخدا رو بگیریم. وقتی مکانیسم ایجاد بیماری هنوز بطور کامل مشخص نشده است صحبت از واکس ام اس کردن یک مقداری غیر علمی است. بهتر است بگوئیم که مثلا دم کرده فلان گیاه، برای کلیه خوب است. حال چه مکانیسمی از کلیه را بهبود می بخشد و جلوی چه بیماری را می گیرد نه معلوم است نه اگر هم معلوم باشد صد درصد درست است.

ضمنا من هرچی توی اینترنت گشتم (البته سایتهای فارسی زبان) جز همین انشایی که دوستم (محمود آقا) اینجا گذاشته هیچ چیز دیگه ای پیدا نکردم. نمی خوام بدجنس باشم ولی دلم به حال علم این مملکت می سوزه که موج سوار زیاد داره. حالا که بحث ام اس داغه همه نون به تنورش می چسبونن.

محمد جان دقيقا موضوع دومي كه ذكر كردي هست . اين دارو از مرجله آزمايش روي حيوان گذر كرده . صبح كه با محمود عزيز صحبت كردم بهم گفت

راستي دوست خوبم يكي از دلايلي كه ما دور هم جمع شديم اينه كه هركسي اطلاعي از سايتها يا منابع خاصي داره در اختيار هم بزاريم.

من هم با شما موافقم که باید اطلاع رسانی کرد...نمی دونم اینجا جاش هست یا نه ولی به نظر من یک سری اطلاعاتی که در بعضی سایتهای اینترنتی و رادیو تلویزیون ایران گفته می شه یا مال چند سال پیشه یا اینکه درست ترجمه نشده و از همه بدتر بزرگنمایی های علمی و ترفندهای تبلیغاتیه متاسفانه!!؟rolleyes

و به همین دلیل این مباحث در چنین گروههایی باید به چالش کشیده شوند
