بنیاد بیماریهای خاص (دریافت کمک هزینه دارو) - nahid - 2010/08/06

دوستان عزیز من اطلاعاتی در مورد این مرکز ندارم چون بتازگی از سایت بنیاد دیدم ولی شاید بد نباشه اطلاعاتی در موردش به دست بیاریم و ببینیم مرکزی هست که به درد بیماران ام اس هم بخوره یا نه.

مرکز پزشکی خاص

مرکز پزشکی خاص با سرمایه گذاری بنیاد امور بیماریهای خاص و با استفاده از مشارکتهای مردمی احداث گردیده است. این واحد درمانی در مرکز شهر تهران واقع شده و هدف آن ارائه خدمات تخصصی و فوق تخصصی به بیماران خاص وسایر مراجعین می باشد.
این مرکز شامل بخشهای تخصصی زیر می باشد:
1- کلینیک های تخصصی:
این واحد جهت ارائه خدمات تخصصی و فوق تخصصی به عموم بیماران به ویژه بیماران خاص ایجاد شده است و شامل این کلینیک ها می باشد:
قلب شامل (الکتروکاردیوگرافی، اکوکاردیوگرافی و تست ورزش) ،غدد،خون و انکولوژی،گوارش شامل : اندوسکوپی،ارولوژی ،اعصاب ،زنان ،پوست، روانپزشکی چشم پزشکی ( سونوگرافی چشم، آنژیوگرافی چشم و لیزر درمانی)،
2- کلینیک نفرولوژی و پیوند کلیه :
این واحد جهت تشخیص،پیگیری و درمان بیماریهای کلیوی به ویژه در بیماران پیوند کلیه و دیالیزی همچنین مراقبتهای بعد از پیوند ایجاد شده است.

3- بخش تالاسمی :
این واحد جهت سهولت دسترسی بیماران تالاسمی به خدمات درمانی مورد نیاز ایجاد شده است.

4- بخش شیمی درمانی :
این واحد جهت سهولت دسترسی بیماران سرطانی به خدمات شیمی درمانی مورد نیازایجاد شده است.

5- بخش دیابت :
این واحد جهت درمان ،آموزش و پیگیری منظم بیماران دیابتی و انجام پروژه های تحقیقاتی در این زمینه ایجاد شده است.

6- بخش ژنتیک :
این واحد جهت تشخیص بیماریهای ژنتیکی و مشاوره برای جلوگیری از بروز آنها همچنین انجام پروژه های تحقیقاتی ایجاد
شده است.
خدمات ارائه شده در این بخش :
1-6- تشخیص زودرس بیماریهای منتقله از راه ژنها (بخصوص در زمینه بیماریهای خاص)
2-6- مشاوره های ژنتیک پیش از ازدواج و بارداری و حین بارداری
3-6- بکارگیری آخرین متدهای علمی ممکن در شناسایی بیماریهای ژنتیک و ارتباط آن با بیماریهای خاص
4-6- تدوین و اجرای برنامه های آموزشی برای پرسنل و بیماران
7- بخش رادیولوژی :
این واحد جهت دسترسی عموم بیماران بویژه بیماران خاص تحت پوشش به خدمات رادیولوژی با کمترین هزینه و بهترین کیفیت ایجاد شده است.
خدمات ارائه شده در این بخش :
رادیو گرافی- سونو گرافی- مامو گرافی- سنجش تراکم استخوان

8- آزمایشگاه پاتوبیولوژی :
این واحد جهت دسترسی بیماران به کلیه آزمایشهای عمومی و تخصصی پزشکی ارائه شده در ایران با بالاترین کیفیت و حداقل هزینه و همچنین انجام پروژه های تحقیقاتی ایجاد شده است.
خدمات ارائه شده در این بخش :
1- انجام کلیه آزمایشهای تخصصی و فوق تخصصی با استفاده از پیشرفته ترین بخشهای آزمایشگاهی شامل : بیوشیمی عمومی و تخصصی، هماتولوژی و انعقاد اختصاصی2- هورمون شناسی تخصصی3 - ایمونوسرولوژی4-فلسیتومتری
5- پایش داروئی TDM و سم شناسی6- میکروبیولوژی شامل : باکتری شناسی، انگل شناسی، ویروس شناسی، قارچ شناسی7- پاتولوژی شامل : پاتولوژی تشریحی، سیتوپاتولوژی، تشخیص مولکولی، PCR و ...8- بانک خون9- انجام پروژه های تحقیقاتی

9- داروخانه و مرکز اطلاعات دارویی :
این واحد جهت دسترسی بیماران خصوصاً بیماران خاص به داروهای عمومی ،تخصصی وفوق تخصصی ایجاد شده است.
خدمات ارائه شده در این بخش :
1-9- ارائه کلیه داروهای عمومی و تخصصی
2-9- ساخت داروهای ترکیبی
3-9- توزیع داروهای فوق تخصصی ویژه بیماران صعب العلاج
4-9- تشکیل پرونده جهت بیماران خاص و ثبت داروهای مصرفی
5-9- ارائه تجهیزات پزشکی و لوازم بهداشتی
6-9- اطلاع رسانی داروئی به شهروندان
7-9- ارائه نشریات و بروشورهای آموزشی تهیه شده در بنیاد امور بیماریهای خاص
10- واحد مددکاری :
این واحد جهت بررسی مشکلات بیمارات خاص در زمینه پرداخت هزینه های تشخیصی-درمانی و انعکاس معضلات درمانی این بیماران به سازمانهای مربوطه ایجاد شده است.
خدمات ارائه شده در این بخش :
1-10- تشکیل پرونده برای بیماران نیازمند
2-10- پرداخت بخشی از هزینه های درمانی-تشخیصی
3-10- معرفی بیماران خاص جهت صدور دفترچه بیمه خدمات درمانی
4-10- معرفی بیماران به بانکها جهت اخذ تسهیلات بانکی
5-10- معرفی بیماران به مراجع قانونی ذیربط جهت اخذ تسهیلات
6-10- معرفی بیماران یا وابستگان درجه اول به وزارت کاروامور اجتماعی جهت اشتغال
7-10- ارائه بروشورها و کتابچه های آموزشی جهت پیشگیری از بیماریها و مراقبت از خود به بیماران خاص

11- مرکز اطلاع رسانی و کتابخانه :
این واحد جهت سهولت دسترسی به آخرین کتب و مقالات علمی برای پزشکان، متخصصین و سایر علاقه مندان و تبادلات
علمی و پژوهشی بویژه در زمینه بیماریهای خاص با مراکز علمی-درمانی داخل و خارج کشور ایجاد شده است.
خدمات ارائه شده در این بخش :
1-11- کتابخانه شامل : بخش مجلات ، بخش کتاب در زمینه های عمومی ،تخصصی و پزشکی
2-11- واحد کامپیوتر شامل : Internet، جستجوی مقالات علمی و تخصصی تبادل اطلاعات علمی و پژوهشی با مراکز علمی سطح کشور و سایر نقاط جهان
3-11- Medline : شامل جستجوی مقالات علمی و تخصصی، امکان دسترسی و چاپ اصل مقالات (Full Text)

12- واحد سمعی و بصری :
این واحد جهت برگزاری سمینارهای علمی و تخصصی و جشنها و سایر مراسم در مناسبتها ایجاد شده است.
خدمات ارائه شده در این بخش :
1-12- آمفی تئاتر با ظرفیت 130 نفر
2-12- سیستم صوتی و تصویری مجهز
3-12- سیستم ترجمه همزمان
4-12- فیلمبرداری و ضبط سمینارها

دوستان عزیز می توانند با در دست داشتن شناسنامه، کارت ملی، کارت انجمن ام اس و نسخه پزشک به شعب بنیاد بیماریهای خاص مراجعه کرده و از این تسهیلات استفاده نمایند.

فرمودند کمک هزینه دارو را پرداخت میکنند

قبلا رایگان میگرفتیم با کارت کمک هزینه ....؟
1-داروی شما سینووکس هست در بعضی شهرها بصورت رایگان در اختیار قرار میگیره
2- بنیاد بیماری های خاص قبلا هم این خدمات را ارئه می داد
