لرزش دست ها در انسان از جمله مشکلاتی است که ممکن است انسان را در هر سنی گرفتار کند. لرزش دست‌ها هنگام عصبانیت، اضطراب، خستگی بیش از حد، ورزش‌های پراسترس و کار زیاد روزمره از موارد شایعی است که در اکثر بیماران به چشم می‌خورد.
لرزش دست ها می‌تواند در اثر بیماری‌های عمومی مثل سوءتغذیه یا ضعف باشد، یا در اثر مشکلات غددی مثل پرکاری تیروئید که لرزش و تعریق دست‌ها از علائم آن است. همچنین لرزش دست ها می‌تواند جنبه ارثی داشته باشد که این نوع لرزش در سنین پایین‌تر شروع شده و در شرایط خستگی و استرس بیشتر می‌شود و با دارودرمانی مناسب قابل کنترل است.

چه موقعی لرزش دست ها را باید جدی گرفت؟
مواقعی که لرزش دست ها در سنین پایین‌تر شروع می شود یا با علائم دیگری همراه است یا با گذشت زمان بیشتر شده و پیشرفت می کند، باید جدی گرفته شود. در بیماری‌های ارثی یا اکتسابی مانند بیماری‌های تحلیل برنده مغز مثل MS (ام اس)، یا بیماری‌های مخچه‌ای یا پارکینسون این نوع لرزش‌ها دیده می‌شوند.
نوعی از لرزش دست که هم در میانسالی و هم کهنسالی دیده می‌شود، در اثر ابتلا به بیماری پارکینسون است که این بیماری به علت کم شدن رنگدانه‌های غدد قاعده‌ای مغز رخ می دهد و همراه با کندی حرکات بدن، سفتی و خشکی اندام‌ها بوده و به لحاظ ماهیت پیشرونده آن باید تحت درمان متخصص مربوطه قرار بگیرد.
بیماری MS نیز می‌تواند با لرزش دست ها و عدم تعادل خود را نشان دهد که این جزو علائم هشداردهنده یک بیماری جدی است. آلودگی هوا، مسمومیت با فلزات سنگین از جمله سرب و کبالت نیز می‌تواند موجب لرزش دست ها در سنین پایین‌تر شود. مصرف موادمخدر و ترکیبات آمفتامین و داروهای روان‌گردان و استفاده بی‌رویه از داروهای اعصاب که به طور خودسرانه صورت می‌گیرد هم می‌تواند عامل لرزش دست ها شود. لرزش دست ها گاهی می‌تواند عارضه مصرف داروهایی باشد که برای درمان یک بیماری استفاده می شوند، مثلا سالبوتامول که در درمان تنگی نفس استفاده می‌شود.
مصرف بی‌رویه الکل در جوامع غربی، بی‌خوابی و شب زنده‌داری نیز یکی از علل ایجادکننده لرزش دست ها است. بنابراین برای پیشگیری از این عارضه باید از نظر تغذیه ای، به مصرف کافی سبزی ها، میوه‌ها و پروتئین توجه کرد و از مصرف بی رویه ی قهوه و چای و محرک‌های مغزی، داروهای روان‌گردان و خواب‌آور به صورت خودسرانه پرهیز کرد. همچنین در زمان آلودگی هوا باید از خروج غیرضروری از منزل خودداری نمود.

با علل مختلف لرزش دست آشنا شویم
لرزش دست علت های مختلفی دارد که در افراد مختلف به صورت های متفاوت بروز می کند و پس از تشخیص علت درمان مناسب را آغاز کنیم.

دکتر محمدرضا معتمد متخصص بیماری های مغز واعصاب در گفتگو با خبرنگار بهداشت و درمان باشگاه خبرنگاران در خصوص لرزش دست چنین عنوان کرد، برای لرزش دست علل مختلفی وجود دارد و در سنین مختلف به صورت های متفاوت مشاهده می شود و غالبا افرادی که لرزش دست دارند دارای سابقه خانوادگی مثبت دارند.

وی ادامه داد: این افراد معمولا زمانی که چیزی دست می گیرند لرزش بیشتر می شود و این لرزش نسبتا ریز با حرکات دامنه ای خیلی کوچک است که با حالاتی شبیه عصبانیت، خستگی، شب بیداری و مصرف مواد کافئین دار این لزرزش معمولا بیشتر می شود.

دکتر معتمد در رابطه با نوع دیگری از این لرزش ها بیان کرد: نوعی از لرزش هست که با افزایش سن مشاهده می شود و به آن الرزش سنی گفته می شود و گاهی برای لرزش دست هیچ گونه علتی وجود ندارد که این لرزش ها لرزش های بدون علت گفته می شود.

وی در خصوص بعضی علل لرزش دست اظهار داشت: در تمامی افرادی که لرزش دست در آنها دیده می شود باید از نظر پر کاری تیروئید بررسی شوند زیرا یکی از علل لرزش دست پر کاری تیروئید می باشد و گاهی لرزش دست را تشدید می کند که در صورت وجود این علت باید درمان شود.

دکتر معتمد در خصوص یکی از شایع ترین علل لرزش دست در سنین بالا گفت: یکی از شایع ترین علت های لرزش دست در افراد مسن لرزش دست هنگام استراحت است که برعکس سایر علت ها که موقع فعالیت لرزش دیده می شود دراین حالت لرزش دست هنگام ا ستراحت در فرد دیده می شود و وقتی بیمار شروع به فعالیت میکند لرزش از بین می رود که این نوع لرزش معروف به پارکینسون هست ومعمولا در افراد مسن دیده می شود و درمان های مخصوص به خود را دارد.

وی در توضیح پارکنیسون گفت: این بیماری در افراد مسن دیده می شود و به ندرت درافراد جوان به خاطر مصرف مواد مخدر که بعضی ترکیبات اضافه دارد و باعث تخریب ساختمان هایی از مغز می شود و حالتی شبیه به پارکینسون مشاهده می شود.

وی در پایان خاطر نشان کرد: از جمله علل دیگر لرزش دست می تواند عوارض گاز گرفتگی توسط گاز منواکسید کربن و مسمومیت توسط منگز است که جزو فلزات سنگین است اشاره کرد و گاهی اوقات هم این لرزش ها می تواند از عوارض مصرف داروها باشد که باز از علل شایع است که باید بررسی شود به خصوص عوارض داروهای اعصاب ا ست که تمامی این مواد باید در افراد بررسی شود و درمان های مناسب اعمال شود.
