بعد از غذا هفت کار ممنوع است....!!!
1- آب ننوشید: بلافاصله بعد از صرف غذا آب خوردن سبب رقیق شدن شیر معده می شود بنابراین بهتر است نیم ساعت قبل و بعد از غذا آب ننوشیم.
2- سیگار نکشید: به طور کلی سیگار نکشید. اما سیگار کشیدن بعد از غذا گناه نابخشودنی به حساب می آید. سیگار محیط معده را اسیدی می کند افراد سیگاری نیم ساعت بعد از غذا سیگار بکشند.
3- میوه نخورید: از عادات بد ما میوه خوردن بعد از صرف غذا است بهتر است نیم ساعت قبل و بعد از غذا میوه نخورید چون سبب نفخ معده می شود البته میوه پخته اشکالی ندارد.
4- حمام نکنید: حداقل نیم ساعت فاصله قرار دهید به ویژه حمام داغ توصیه نمی شود زیرا در جریان خون در اطراف معده اختلال ایجاد می کند و بر هضم غذا اثر منفی می گذارد.
5- راه نروید: حداقل نیم یا یک ساعت بعد از صرف غذا پیاده روی طولانی نکنید چون هضم غذا بهتر صورت می گیرد.
6- نخوابید: در مورد خوابیدن تأکید اکید می شود که حداقل 2 ساعت بعد از خوردن غذا انجام نشود بنابراین شام خوردن در آخر شب کار بسیار اشتباهی است.
7- چای ننوشید: در میهمانی ها هنوز غذا تمام نشده چای جلوی میهمان می گذاریم چای می تواند محیط معده را اسیدی کند و تأثیر منفی بر مواد معدنی معده بگذارد بعد از غذا مایعات با نیم ساعت تا یک ساعت فاصله مصرف شود.
