درد کتف و گردن - سنگینی گردن - mina_a - 2010/02/17

سلام دوستان
من چند وقته وقتی پای کامپیوتر میشینم بعد یه ربع گردنم احساس خستگی میکنه ،درد نمیکنه ها فقط خسته میشه ولی یه کم استراحت میکنم خوب میشه ولی دیگه اونروز نمیتونم بشینم پای کامپیوتر
میخواستم بدونم این به خاطر ام اسه؟angry3
و کسی این مشکلو تا حالا داشته؟
هرکی اطلاعاتی داره منو راهنمایی کنه خیلی اذیتم میکنهsad2

یا جدیدا اینجوری میشینی پشت کامپیوتر ؟؟؟
هر خستگی که مربوط به ام اس نیست ....
شاید از صندلیت باشه ... شاید فاصله مانیتور با چشمات باشه
خیلی دلایل میتونه داشته باشه ولی ام اس هم دلیل بر خستگی میتونه باشه

عزيزم منم وقتي زياد مي شينم پشت كامپيوتر گردنم اينطوري مي شه .طوريكه نمي تونم به چپ و راست حركتش بدم
ولي نمي دونم دقيقا مي تونه از ام اس باشه يانه.

مینا جان این مربوط به ام اس نمیشه زیاد
البته طبق نظر دکتر زابینی 0( اون ایتالیاییه چی بود اسمش)
میشه ! اما خوب هنوز ثابت نشده .
ولی این جریان با ورزشهای ساده گردن و تغییر ارتقاع صندلی و زاویه مانیتور
و از این دست تکون خوردن ها تا وقتی احساس راحتی کنی . بسیار موثره !
خیلی از ماها عادت داریم وقتی چیزی رو میخونیم چونه امون و به قفسه سینه
تکیه بدیم که خودش باعث کش اومدن عضلات پشت گردن میشه و بسیار دردناکه
از اونطرف هم اگه زاویه دار باشیم و سعی کنیم وزن سر رو با عضلات گردن تحمل
کنیم . همین اتفاص در طرفین گردن می افته .
پس بهترین چاره ورزشهای سبک و مداوم و اصلاح جای نشستنه .

فقط پای کامپیوتر که میشینم اینطوریه
تقریبا 6 ماهی هست که اینطوریه واقعا زندگیمو مختل کرده
آخه من یه پلاک روی گردنم هم دارم گفتم شاید واسه اونهUndecided

من وقنی خیلی راه میرم حس می کنم گردنم نمیتونه سرم رو نگه داره مینا جون پس اونم از ام اسه اگه ام اس خستگی گردن می اره

بچه ها اين علائمي كه ميگين بنظرم ربطي به ام اس نداره ها !
اونايي كه ام اس ندارنم از اين مشكلات براشون زياد پيش مياد . شايد گرفتگي عضلانيه كه اينجوري ميكنه !
