سلام
من روي عصب چشمم يك پلاك وجود داشت و در ام آر اي نوشته بود multiple small ubo's ديده مي شه و demyelinating disease .
در ضمن قبلا گفتم كه به خاطر تاري چشمم(نوريت اپتيك) رفتم دكتر و سه روز در بيمارستان متيل پردنيزولون مصرف كردم و دو هفته قرصش رو خوردم الام چشمم مشكلي نداره ولي� در ام آر آي اينارو نوشته بود در ضمن علامت ديگه اي ندارم دكتر درست حرفي نزد فقط مي گفت نگران نباش هر گردي گردو نيست و� نمي شه هنوز تشخيصي داد البته باز 6 ماه ديگه ام آر آي داد يعني براي سومين بار.
نمي دونم واقعامشكلم ام اس هست يا مي تونه اين نباشه ؟يعني عوامل بالا صرفا مختص ام اس است و نشانه ام اس هست يا ممكنه برطرف بشه به طور كامل؟(من هيچ دارويي الان مصرف نمي كنم دكتر هم گفت برو 6 ماه ديگه يك ام آر آي بگير)

شک نکن که اثرات ام اس
اول اولا.ام اس که میاد مثل یک دزد حرفه ای عمل میکنه در رو که روش میبندی از پنجره وارد میشه.
بعدها که همه درا روش بستی دیگه از این غلطا نمیکنه.

زمانی که من این علایم وداشتم دکتر من به قطیعیت نگفت ام اس
چون میگفت دو سه تا از بیمارها مثل سل همین علایم و داره انشالله که تو هیچ کدوم از این بیمارها رو نداری
زیاد بهش فکر نکن

من 10 سال پیش دچار تاری چشم راست شدم. دکترا گفتن التهاب اعصاب چشمه و با تزریق کورتون بعد از چند وقت تاری چشمم برطرف شد.

الان بعد از 10 سال چشم چپم دچار همین مشکل شده، وقتی با بالا نگاه می کنم خوب می بینم ولی انگار نیمه پایینی تاره. چند وقتی هم هست که شبها مرتبا بیدار می شم و دو سه ساعت خوابم نمی بره. دستام هم دو هفته ای هست که شب ها یک کم خواب می ره. البته من کلا آدم زود رنجی هستم و زیاد ناراحت می شم. یبوست مزاج هم دارم. توی چند تا سایت خوندم که اینها می تونن علائم بیماری ام اس باشن.

آیا من دارای بیماری ام اس هستم؟ چگونه می تونم تشخیص بدم و اینکه اگر ام اس دارم باید چکار کنم. لطفا اگر می شه اسامی دکتر و بیمارستانهایی که برای تشخیص می تونم مراجعه کنم رو هم بگین

بیماری هایی هستند که علائم شبیه به ام اس دارند و یا حتی فشارهای عصبی روزمره میتونه چنین علائمی بوجود بیاره پس همین طوری نشمیشه گفت که مشکل شما ام اس هست و بهتره که به متخصص مغز و اعصاب رجوع کنید

سلام اصلا از ام اس نترس که بخواهی شک کنی و پیگیری نکنی. ببین التهاب عصب چشم از علائم ام اس هست ولی در حده خیلی خفیف که اگر پیگیری کنی و تحت درمان باشی هیچ اتفاق خاصی نمیفته .من هم دکتر گفت التهاب عصب چشم دارم و من کورتون تزریق نکردم و خودمو گول زدم که به مروره زمان خوب میشم بعد از 6 ماه حمله تو نخاع داشتم . و اگر همان 6 ماه پیش کورتون میزدم الان حالو روزم بهتر از این بود. نگران نباش و چون سابقه التهاب داری حتما پیگیری کن و بزار در همین حده خیلی خیلی خفیف بمونه و انشاالله بهتر هم بشه . در ضمن یک کاری میگم حتما انجام بده برای یبوست چون برای این بیماری خیلی یبوست بده. صبح ناشتا یک سیب سرخ با پوست بخور و خاکشیر بارهنگ و قاطی کن و یک جوش بزنه و بزار یخچال صبح ها ناشتا یک لیوان بخور . دکتر نبوی و صحرایی خوبن . دکتر کسمایی بیمارستان شهدای تجریش تهران هم خیلی خوبه .

سلام.من ۱۱ سال پیش چشم راستم تار شد فقط یک روز تار بود و من دیگه دکتر نرفتم سال بعدش دوباره تار شد وقتی یک چشمم را میبستم خوب میشد تشخیص ام اس دادن.نترس و حتما حتما پیگیری کنlove51

ولی دکتر به من گفت تزریق کورتون فقط التهاب رو زودتر برطرف میکنه نه این که جلوی حمله رو بخواد بگیره .چه کورتون مصرف بشه و چه نشه ، به جز سرعت بازگشت دید تاثیری نداره.

اون حمله به خاطر عدم تزریق کورتون نبوده.

منم موافقم ، کورتون فقط سرعت بهبود رو افزایش می ده و بس .
قبل از عید من هم دچار تاری دید شدم ، که دکترم 12 تا کورتون برام تجویز کرد .
