یـک لیوان ضد ام اس و سرطان


همیشه شنیده ایم که حتی یک لیوان شیر هم می تواند ویتامین D مورد نیاز بدن را تامین کند اما آیا به راستی همین یک لیوان شیر برای جذب مقدار کافی و نیاز کامل بدن به این ویتامین کافی است؟

آیا شرط داشتن استخوان هایی سالم، تنها مصرف شیر آن هم یک لیوان در طول روز است؟ اصلا نقش ویتامین ها به ویژه ویتامین D در زندگی روزمره ما چیست؟ کمبود این ویتامین ها چه خطراتی را به دنبال دارد؟ برای یافتن پاسخ سوال های خود، با ما وارد دنیای ویتامین ها شوید. ویتامین D جزو آن دسته از موادی است که برای بدن بسیار مفید است و طبق تحقیقات دانشکده های مختلف پزشکی در سراسر جهان، بدن هر فرد در طول روز باید فرآیند جذب ویتامین D را داشته باشد زیرا این ویتامین با اثر گذاشتن روی بیش از ۲هزار ژن، باعث مقاوم شدن دستگاه ایمنی در برابر بیماری های مختلف از جمله افسردگی و حتی سرطان می شود. طبق مطالعات انجام شده، زنان نسبت به مردان بیشتر از کمبود ویتامینD و مشکلات ناشی از آن رنج می برند.

● ضدسرطان

ویتامین D با تنظیم رشدونمو سلول ها آن ها را همیشه در حالت عادی نگه می دارد و اگر سلولی به صورت غیرطبیعی رشد کند، این ویتامین تلاش می کند تا آن را دوباره به حالت عادی بازگرداند یا در شرایط حادتر با قطع تغذیه سلول باعث مرگ آن می شود، در نتیجه از رشد غیرطبیعی سلول ها جلوگیری می کند. بدون ویتامین D بدن سرعت کافی برای متوقف کردن فعالیت های مشکوک از قبیل رشد غیرطبیعی سلول ها را ندارد، بنابراین کمبود ویتامین D یعنی گشوده شدن دری روی بیماری های مختلف از جمله سرطان. البته مقاومت بدن در برابر سرطان های مختلف متفاوت است و سرطان هایی مانند سرطان روده بزرگ و سینه حتی با وجود ویتامین D هم طول درمان سختی خواهند داشت اما به طور کلی، میزان مرگ ومیر در افرادی که مصرف ویتامین D بیشتری دارند بسیار کمتر از سایر افراد است.

● شیر بخورید ام اس نگیرید

این ویتامین نقشی بسیار کلیدی در مقاومت دستگاه ایمنی و در نتیجه جلوگیری از ابتلا به بیماری هایی مانند ام اس و پارکینسون دارد. تحقیقات گسترده در این زمینه نشان می دهند، نزدیک به یک میلیارد نفر در سراسر جهان دچار کمبود ویتامین D هستند و دانشمندان معتقدند، خطر ابتلا به بیماری های ناشی از کمبود این ویتامین در زنان بسیار شایع تر از مردان است.

کارشناسان معتقدند، بدن برای ابتلا نشدن به بیماری هایی مثل ام اس به مصرف بین ۲۵ تا ۵۰ میکروگرم ویتامین D در روز نیازمند است و افرادی که بیش از دیگران در معرض خطرهستند، باید با مصرف مکمل ها این کمبود را در خود جبران کنند.

ویتامین D تنها نوع ویتامینی است که هورمون نیز محسوب می شود. این ویتامین برای محکم کردن استخوان ها و دندان ها مفید بوده و همچنین به حفظ قدرت عضلانی و جذب کلسیم بدن کمک می کند. وقتی شما کمبود کلسیم یا ویتامین D داشته باشید، استخوان های تان ترک خورده یا می شکنند اما کمبود این ماده ممکن است مشکلات دیگری مانند پوکی استخوان، راشیتیسم و... هم به بار آورد.

کمبود ویتامین D خطر ابتلا به بیماری های قلبی و عروقی را ۲ برابر افزایش می دهد. اشخاصی که میزان دریافت ویتامین D در آن ها ضعیف است بیشتر از دیگران در معرض ابتلا به بیماری دیابت، چاقی، بیماری های قلبی و عروقی و فشار خون قرار دارند.

● همیشه حال تان بد است؟

تحقیقاتی که توسط دانشمندان و کارشناسان به ثبت رسیده، تایید کننده ارتباط بسیار زیاد کمبود ویتامین D و سایر اختلالات روانی هستند. علل زمینه ای کمبود ویتامین D مانند مواجهه کم با نور خورشید و کمبود دریافت ویتامینD می توانند به طور ثانویه منجربه بروز افسردگی شوند، علاوه براین کمبود ویتامینD موجب افزایش میزان هورمون پاراتیروئید در خون نیز می شود. محققان معتقدند، علائم افسردگی پس از فعالیت بیش ازحد غده پاراتیروئید، نمایان می شود و پس از درمان اختلالات این غده هم از بین می رود. جذب این ویتامین به میزان کافی باعث تنظیم حالت بدن و عملکرد مغز شده و بنابراین خطر ابتلا به افسردگی در افراد را تا حد زیادی کاهش می دهد. گفتنی است، علائم افسردگی در نزدیک به ۱۳درصد سالمندان بروز پیدا می کنند.

من خیلی شیر دوست دارم و میخوردم اما چند ماهی هست که نمیخورم آخه ادرارم زیاد میشه و چون 1-بی اختیاری دارم و 2-به سختی راه میرم ترجیح میدم نخورم

من شیر هر روز 1 لیوان میخورم

ولی باهاش عسل و زعفرون و دارچین و زنجبیل و که از قبل میکس کردم رو شیر میخورم .

میترسم پوکی استخوان بگیرم

من قبلاً شير نميخوردم ، طعمش و دوست دارم ولى معده ام رو خيلى اذيت ميكنه، الان دو ماهى هست كه تحمل ميكنم و ميخورم والبته اوضاع معده ام هم خيلى بهتر شده، ديگه كمتر اذيتم ميكنه Tongue

شیر چیز خوبیه من روزی 1 الی 2 لیوان شیر می خورم خیلی هم دوست دارم . با چیزی هم قاطی نمی کنم چون مزه شیر رو تنها دوست دارم .
تازه گاهی لیوانم رو یک نفس سر می کشم smiling کلیسم شیر اگر با چیز دیگه ای مخلوط بشه جذب نمیشه ، پس بهتره بعد از مصرف شیر تون اون مواردی رو که می فرمایید مصرف کنید.
کلن الآن من چند وقت هست اصلا شیر سوبسید دار نمی گیرم همش از اون شیر های 1000 تومنی می خرم ، البته الآن شده 1400 confused
به هر حال ماده غذایی خوبی هست love28

شیر ماده ی غذایی بسیار مفیدی است !!! اما توجه به چند نکته در مصرف لازم است :

1- چون طبع شیر سرد است سعی کنید در کنارش از خرما یا یه ماده با طبع گرم استفاده شود .

2-در صورت تمایل شیر را میتوانید با عسل مصرف کنید ولی باید توجه داشت عسل را نباید در شیر یا مایع داغ حل کرد چون باعث کاهش مواد موثر عسل میشود.

3-چون فیزیک بدنی افراد متفاوت است در برخی موارد مشاهده شده دستگاه گوارش بعضی افراد به مصرف شیر در وعده ی صبح مخصوصا در صورت معده ی خالی حساسند !!! به این مورد توجه داشته باشید .

4- چون سرعت هضم شیر و میوه جات در دستگاه گوارش یکی نیست از مصرف میوه جات مثل موز یا طالبی یا توت فرنگی اجتناب شود .(( هر چند خیلی خیلی خوشمزه اند confusedconfusedconfusedconfused))

5-در صورت دسترسی از شیر بز هم میتوانید استفاده کنید که از لحاظ ساختار نزدیک ترین شیر است به شیر انسان !!!

الان هم سالهاست که به شیر لب نزدم confused
واقعا حالم رو بد می کنه و نمی تونم بخورم...
حالا این همه خاصیتی که داره رو نمی دونم با سایر مواد غذایی میشه جبران کرد؟؟؟ confused2confused2confused2
