تهران / واحد مرکزی خبر / علمی 1390/10/18 محققان علوم پزشکی در دانشگاه هاروارد اعلام کردند روشی ابداع کرده اند که می توان با استفاده از آن ، بیماری ام اس را کنترل کرد. محققان این دانشگاه در همکاری با دانشمندان دانشگاه کمبریج موفق شدند با روش جراحی ، به صورت آزمایشی ، نخاع موش را از غلاف میلین پاک کنند. سپس با تزریق بخش هایی از سلول های دستگاه ایمنی به نام ماکروفاژها ، موفق شدند غلاف تخریب شده میلین را در نخاع ، ترمیم کنند. محققان بر این باورند که به این روش می توان روزی ، غلاف میلین را در اعصاب بیماران مبتلا به بیماری ام اس ، ترمیم و آنها را از عوارض این بیماری رها کرد. به گزارش پایگاه خبری یورک الرت در اینترنت ، بیماری ام.اس ( مولیتپل اسکلروزیس ) یکی از شایع ترین بیماری های سیستم اعصاب مرکزی ( مغز و نخاع ) است و بر اثر تخریب غلاف میلین ایجاد می شود.

میلین غلافی است که فیبرهای عصبی را احاطه می کند و در انتقال سریع امواج عصبی نقش بسیار مهمی دارد.

در حالت طبیعی با وجود این غلاف امواج عصبی به سرعت منتقل شده و موجب توانایی بدن در ایجاد حرکات هماهنگ و موزون می گردند.

در بیماری ام.اس این غلاف عصبی به تدریج تخریب می شود و بدین ترتیب امواج عصبی از مغز به خوبی منتقل نمی شود و علایم مختلف بیماری ام.اس ظاهر می شود.

این بیماری مسری نبوده و از دسته بیماریهای ارثی هم محسوب نمی شود، اما نقش ژنتیک در ایجاد آن تایید شده است.

در حال حاضر هیچ درمان قطعی برای این بیماری وجود ندارد اما شیوه های درمان موجود در تغییر سرعت روند بیماری مؤثر هستند.

علایم بیماری ام.اس، بسته به اینکه چه منطقه ای از سیستم اعصاب مرکزی گرفتار شده باشد، بسیار متغیر هستند و الگوی بیماری ام.اس از هر فردی به فرد دیگری متفاوت است.

این علایم حتی در یک فرد خاص در طول سیر بیماری تغییر می کند.

اختلالات بینایی ، تاری دید ، دو بینی ، حرکات غیر ارادی و سریع چشم و به ندرت از دست دادن کامل بینایی ،‌ اختلالات تعادل ،‌ لرزش ، عدم تعادل در راه رفتن ، سرگیجه ، ضعف و کرختی اندامها ، برخی از علائم این بیماری محسوب می شوند

نخواستم تاپیکی جدا ایجاد کنم با پوزش از همدم عزیز مطلبی رو که همین الان از اخبار شنیدم رو اینجا می فرستم که فکر می کنم در راستای همین تحقیقاتی است که همدم عزیر اینجا اوردند.
اخبار علمی - فرهنگی – هنری شبکه 4 ساعت 6 خبر از موفقیت آمیز بودن جراحی بر روی نخاع موش که جهت ترمیم میلین حفاظتی عصبی که موجب ایجاد بیماری ام اس و ناتواناییهایش داشت را داد. همچنین گفت که موفقیت این جراحی چشمگیر بوده و باعث بهبود ناتوانایی های بیماران ام اس به شکل چشمگیری خواهد شد.

خبر خیلی خوبیه . خدا کنه فقط سریعتر فراگیر بشه و تستهای آخرش هم با موفقیت انجام بشه .

منم دیشب یکی از دوستام بهم زنگ زد گفت این خبرو اما جدی نگرفتم یعنی دوست جونم می خواد بره از خونه ی من ؟
