به گزارش قدس آنلاین به نقل از باشگاه خبرنگاران جوان- دکتر سید مسعود نبوی، متخصص مغز و اعصاب با اشاره به اینکه سلول های بنیادی در پیشگیری از روند بیماری (ام-اس) موثر هستند افزود: سلول های مزانشیمی که منشأ اصلی آنها مغز استخوان است، دارای اثر تعدیل کننده سیستم ایمنی هستند.

وی با اشاره به خاصیت مهم این سلول ها ادامه داد: این سلول های با اثر جایگزینی، توانایی ساخت سلول های تخریب شده را دارند، اما از این اثر در بیماریهای عصبی زیاد استفاده نمی شود.

دکتر نبوی مکانیسم تنظیمی یا تعدیلی سلول های مزانشیمی را برای درمان بیماری (ام-اس) کاربردی دانست و اظهارداشت:‌این سلول ها با ورود به ناحیه آسیب دیده و با ترشح موادی خاص مکانیسم های تخریبی که موجب ایجاد التهاب می شوند را تعدیل می کنند.

این متخصص مغز و اعصاب با بیان اینکه در بیماری(ام-اس) مکانیسم های التهابی و تخریبی بطور همزمان عمل می کنند گفت: در این بیماری مکانیسم های مذکور موجب ایجاد التهاب و تخریب میلین و سلول های عصبی می شوند.

وی افزود:‌ سلول های بنیادی با خاصیت ضدالتهابی و تعدیل سیستم ایمنی، مانع از بروز تخریب در سلول های عصبی می شوند.

دکتر نبوی با تاکید بر اینکه سلول های مزانشیمی دارای بیشترین خاصیت ضد التهابی هستند تصریح کرد:‌ این سلول های را می توان از مغز استخوان، بافت چربی و بافت همبند استخراج کرد.

*ایران جزونخستین کشورهایی خواهد بود که از پیشرفت بیماری ام-ای پیشگیری خواهد کرد

این محقق پژوهشگاه رویان با اشاره به پروتکل هایی که در زمینه بیماری ام -اس در سراسر جهان در حال انجام است گفت: به رغم اینکه بیشتر کشورهای جهان فاقد تونایی لازم برای انجام این پروتکل هستند،اما در ایران این امکانات موجود است ولی تاکنون هیچ کشوری در جهان به نتایجی در این زمینه نایل نشده است.

ریاست دپارتمان نورولوژی دانشگاه شاهد اظهارداشت: چند کشور معدود توانایی انجام این کار را دارند، ما جزو یکی از 10 کشور جهان که دارای این توانمندی اند هستیم.

دکتر نبوی افزود: در بیماران ام اس تزریق داخل وریدی و داخل کانال نخاعی سلول های مزانشیمی انجام شده است و به نتایج مثبتی نیز دست یافته ایم.

وی با اشاره به اینکه تزریق داخل وریدی بسیار ساده تر است خاطرنشان کرد: با تزریق داخل وریدی سلول های مزانشیمی که ساده تر و بی خطر تر است و تاکنون در جهان نتایجی در این زمینه اعلام نشده است، ما در پژوهشگاه رویان در حال انجام تحقیق هستیم تا به نتیجه مطلوب دست یابیم.

پام فوق العاده دردناک شده بود الان 1ماه می گذره دردم خیلی کمتر شده بهمن ماه باید برم موسسه رویان برای پیگیری درمان
امیدوارم عملم جواب بده برای ام اس هم جواب بده چون به دلیل ام اس مشکل برا پام پیش اومد

اینقدر که چسبید به چیزهای غیرمهم از چیزهای اصلی ناآگاه موندید بابا بجای غرق شدن در فیلم زن در سایه ام اس و جار وجنجال بپا شده برا آن بیایید راجع به موضوعات مهم نظر بدید و... اونو درحد اطلاع رسانی کافی بود وهرکی بخواد میره و هرکی هم نخواد نه و خوب نیست اینجا بحثش الکی بشه و از موضوعات مهم همینجوری پس زده بشه .این خبر جدیده و مهم ولی اونقدر راجع به موضوع مذکور پرداخته شد که از این بی خبر موندید ...

منم با نگار موافقم.

من میدونم که در موسسه رویان یک بانک خصوصی خون بند ناف نوزادان نگهداری میشه.
همانطوری که میدونید خون بند ناف که تا سالهای زیادی دور ریخته میشد، حاوی سلولهای بنیادی می باشد.
که میتوان در درمان انواع بیماریهای صعب العلاج از آنها استفاده کرد. هر کدام از این سلولها پتانسیل تبدیل به عضو آسیب دیده بدن را دارا می باشند.
به دلیل گستردگی تحقیق در هر کدام از زمینه های بیماری مقرر گردیده که هر کشوری در یک زمینه خاص بر روی سلولهای بنیادی تحت اختیار خود فعالیت کند.
سهم ایران از این دسته بندی تحقیق بر فرواده های خونی و بیماریهای مربوط در این زمینه می باشد، در آینده ایی نه چندان دور درمان انواع سرطانهای خون در نتیجه کار بر روی این سلولها میسر می باشد.
و اینکه در زمینه بیماریهای مربوط به مغز و اعصاب کشور آلمان وظیفه تحقیق روی این سلولها رو دارا می باشد.
کلاً کشورهایی که دارایی این زمینه پزشکی هستند کمتر از انگشتان دسته که خوش بختانه در سالهای اخیر ایران نیز جز آنها قرار گرفته است.

چند روز پیش ماهواره برنامه ای در این مورد نشون داد...مشکل اصلیشون بودجه بود...و میگفتن اگر بودجه تامین بشه تا چند سال آینده دارویی از سلول های بنیادی میسازن...
