بچه ها دکتر قبلی من برام بتامتازون به صورت ماهانه تجویز کرده بود مدت حدود دو سال و نیم که از برکات این دارو پوکی استخوان گرفتم بعد هم سر استخوان ران پای چپم سیاه شد یه عمل کردم حالا هم حدود یک ماه هست روی اون پایی که مشکل براش پیش اومده راه نرفتم می خواستم بدونم دکتر شما هم چنین تجویزی براتون کرده یا نه؟

بتامتازون واسه ام اس؟

البته یه مقدار توش کورتون داره ولی نخیر تجویز نکردند.

سال 68 که ولین علائم ام اس در من دیده شد چون اون موقع ام آر آی و تشخیص قطعی وجود نداشت دکتر برای من آمپول بتامتازون عضلانی هر 12 ساعت یک عدد تجویز کرد فقط 4 تا آمپول را زدم و عارضه ای نداشتم

دكتر بعد از تشخيص بيماريم 11 تا دكزامتازون برام تجويز كرد
البنه دليلش اين بود كه من بخاطر امتحانام به بيمارستان براي بالس نرفتم وخوب تا جاييم كه من مي دونم دكزا و بتامتازون هر دو كورتون دارن

دکتر منم اینبار چون روی پام بی حس شده و میسوزه برام بتامتازون تجویز کرد.ولی گفت اگر پات اذیتت کرد بزنwink2

قبل از اینکه تشخیص بدن ام اسمو آره یه چند باری تجویز کرد و تزریق میکردم.اون موقع شک به ام اس بود . حمله های مکرر داشتم.میگفتن نمیشه همش کورتون زد.

من تا اونجایی که میدونم خود بتامتازون نوعی کورتون هست اما خیلی خفیفتر

(( دگزامتازون یک دارو از دسته کورتیکو استروئید هاست. از داروهای معروف دیگر در این دسته میتوان به بتامتازون – کورتیزون – پردنیزولون و هیدروکورتیزون اشاره کرد. کورتیکو استروئیدها یا همان کورتون ها داراری اثرات گسترده ای در قسمتهای مختلف بدن هستند که این اثرات گسترده همانطور که می توانند در درمان طیف زیادی از بیماریها مفید باشند، می توانند عوارض جانبی زیادی هم به جا بگذارند.))

دکترمن خرداد91برام آمپول بتامتازون تجویزکردندگفتندهر15روزتادوسال بزنم من 2ماه زدم ول کردم
من چون ازکورتون خیلی می ترسم برای همین بدون اطلاع دکترقطع کردم
