حرکت شیر - yas - 2010/02/08

این حرکت به درخواست خیلی از بچه ها که حرکت چشم رو دیده بودن من انتخاب کردم
حرکتی بنام شیر که در اون برای عضلات صورت استفاده میشه agreement2

برای این حرکت باید چشمها رو از حدقه بیرون بدید و زبان رو از دهان خارج کنین تا اخر یعنی دهان کاملا باز باشه خب نخندیدن دیگه
این یه نوع حرکته بسیار جالبه برای تقویت صورت و چشمها smiling

و با چشمها بازی کنین چشمها رو بسمت بالا پاین راست چپ ببرید و سرتان ثابت و زبان بیرون باشه :35:

نکته : برای خانمها برای خط خنده مناسب است laughing3
و برای اقایون برای ترسانیدن کسی یا چیزی icon_biggrin

برنامه Tv رو زدم كه tv نشون بده . بعد گفتم تا اون بياد بالا بيام پست تورو بخونم . تا وسطش خوندم حركت رو انجام دادم همين كه زبونم اومد بيرون ( صداي كام زياد بود ) tv اومد بالا بعد صدا داد سكته كردم laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3
فكر كردم مشكل از چشم و زبونمه كه با هم بيان بيرون صدا ميده laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3

خیلی باحال بود . اولش که خودمو گذاشتی سرکارicon_surprised ولی بعدش پستتو به دوستم نشون دادم و گفتم که یه راهیه برای افزایش تمرکز ، اون بیچاره هم زبونش رو تا ته در آورد و چشاشم از حدقه زد بیرون ............ وای نبودین قیافشو ببینین laughing3foodanddrink

یاس جان نوشته بودی چشما بزنه بیرون من همین کارو کردم ولی فکر کنم با زیاده روی چون چشام درد گرفت!!!

عزیز بله چشمها رو باید از حدقه بیرون بیاری و بعد هم حرکت بدی ولی اگه احساس درد میکنی یا سوزش کمتر باز بذار یا کمتر این حرکت رو انجام بده عزیز
به خودت فشار نیار اون حرکاتی که چشمها رو باید ببندی انجام بده ولی اگه دوست داری اینو انجام بدی
انجام بده ولی خیلی اروم و ساده تر .
