آیا دائما میل به خوردن شکلات دارید ؟ چه باید کرد؟


كارشناسان در یك مطالعه جدید توصیه می‌كنند اگر در محل كار خود بتوانید 15 دقیقه پیاده‌روی كنید، ولع شما برای خوردن میان وعده و تنقلات شكلاتی تا 50 درصد كاهش پیدا می‌كند.

این مطالعه كه از سوی متخصصان دانشگاه اگزستر انجام گرفته نشان داد حتی در مواقع پرتنش و استرس زا، كارمندان می‌توانند پس از یك تحرك بدنی كوتاه مدت مثل پیاده روی تمایل خود را به خوردن شكلات تا 50 درصد كاهش دهند. این مطالعه روی 78 شركت كننده انجام گرفته كه به طور معمول عادت به شكلات خوری در محیط كاری دارند.

به گزارش روزنامه دیلی اكسپرس، پروفسور آدریان تیلور از دانشگاه اگزستر در این مطالعه تاكید كرد: ما می‌دانیم كه خوردن مواد غذایی و تنقلات پركالری در بین روز و به عنوان میان وعده در ساعات كاری، یك عادت بی‌منطق و بدون فكر است كه می‌تواند به مرور زمان منجر به افزایش وزن شود. این اضافه وزن تدریجی آغاز بسیاری از بیماری‌های متابولیكی مانند چاقی و دیابت است كه آنها نیز به نوبه خود كلید شروع بسیاری از بیمارها و امراض تهدید كننده دیگر هستند.

اما دکتر رژیم درمانیم گفت کاکائو نخورمsadمنم دخمل خوفی بودم و ترک کردم

من به کافئین شکلات معتادم!!!
البته فقط درصد بالا می خورم
