خطر ابتلا به ام اس تحت تاثیر فصلها است - محمود - 2010/02/01

نتایج یک تحقیق جدید نشان داده است که خطر ابتلا به بیماری ام اس (مولتیپل اسکلروسیز) با فصل، تغییر می‌کند.

به گزارش ایسنا، ‌محققان دریافته‌اند که این تاثیر فصلی توسط ژنی موسوم به HLA-DRB1 * 15 تنظیم می‌شود.

مطالعات نشان می‌دهد: در بسیاری از جوامع اروپایی نسخه‌ای از این ژن موسوم به HLA-DRB1 * 15 با افزایش خطر بروز ام اس در ارتباط است و بر اساس یک پژوهش بزرگ روی بیماران مبتلا به ام اس در کشورهای کانادا، سوئد و نروژ، این نسخه در بین بیمارانی که متولد فصل بهار هستند، بیشتر است.

به گفته محققان؛ این یافته حاصل یک پژوهش استثنایی است که نشان می‌دهد؛ چطور ژنها و محیط در بیماری ام اس با هم تعامل می‌کنند.

محققان می‌گویند؛ احتمالا ویتامین D در بیان نسخه HLA-DKB1*15 نقش دارد. به این ترتیب که اگر تولید ویتامین D در زنان باردار کاهش یابد، احتمال ابتلای فرزندان آنها به ام اس افزایش می‌یابد. در کشورهای اروپایی به دلیل کاهش تابش خورشید در فصل بهار و در نتیجه کاهش تولید ویتامین D، احتمال ابتلای متولدان فصل بهار به ام اس افزایش می‌یابد.

من تابستون به دنیاآمدم اما جالبه که تموم حمله هام پاییز وبهار بوده خصوصا بهارپس شاید جدای از زمان تولد این ویروس تو این دو فصل فعال تره؟!!!!!

من كه اواخر زمستون بدنيا اومدم نميدونم بخاطر اينه به بهار نزديك بوده ، ولي حمله من تابستون بودهangryrolleyes
