خواص شگفت انگیز گل رز

گلبرگ‌های گل رز همواره از دیرباز به دلیل عطر و ریزمغذی‌های فراوانش در صنعت غذا و دارو مورد توجه قرار گرفته اما نهنج گل رز، بخش دیگری از گیاه شگفتی‌آور است که محتوای ترکیبات مفیدش شهرت بسیاری به آن داده است. نهنج گل رز در واقع همان تخمدان گیاه است که در طبیعت به رنگ‌های متنوعی از جمله قرمز، نارنجی یا بنفش مشاهده می‌شود. این قسمت از گیاه مصارف گوناگونی دارد و به اشکال مختلفی از جمله خشک شده آن یا به صورت تازه برای تهیه غذا نیز مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
چای نهنج گل رز، یکی از نوشیدنی‌هایی است که نه تنها تهیه آن آسان بوده بلکه به سبب در دسترس بودن ماده اولیه آن، مصرفش توصیه می‌شود.

برای تهیه این نوع چای، دو قاشق نهنج ساطوری شده گل رز را در یک فنجان آب‌جوش ریخته و مدت ۱۵ دقیقه منتظر بمانید. باید توجه داشت از گل‌های رزی که آغشته به سموم هستند مصرف نشود و قبل از استفاده نهنج‌ها کاملاً شست‌وشو داده شوند.
چای نهنج گل رز، سرشار از ویتامین ث است به همین دلیل تأثیر بسزایی در تقویت سیستم ایمنی داشته و مصرف آن هنگام سرماخوردگی، سرفه و احتقان گلو را تسکین می‌دهد.
افرادی که از استئوارتریت زانو یا مفصل استخوان ران رنج می‌برند با نوشیدن منظم این چای گیاهی قادر خواهند بود درد خود را به میزان قابل توجهی التیام دهند.
این دم‌کرده گیاهی، ویتامین آ، ویتامین ب۱، ویتامین ب۲، ویتامین ای، ویتامین کا و ویتامین دی فراوانی دارد و آنتی‌اکسیدان، بتاکاروتن و بیوفلاونوئیدهای آن برای پیشگیری از آرتریت بسیار مؤثر است. پکتین فراوان این نوشیدنی به عمل هضم و جذب موادغذایی توسط دستگاه گوارش کمک کرده و به بهبود اسهال کمک می‌کند. استرول‌های گیاهی، کاروتنوئید و پلی‌فنول‌های فراوان موجود در چای نهنج گل رز ریزمغذی‌هایی گیاهی است که نه تنها بدن را در برابر بیماری‌های قلبی و عروقی مقاوم می‌کند بلکه مانع از سرطانی شدن سلول‌ها نیز می‌شود.
نوشیدن روزانه یک فنجان از چای نهنج گل رز البته برای مدت زمانی محدود، آرامش‌بخش سیستم عصبی بوده و سردرد را تسکین می‌دهد ضمن آنکه به کاهش دردهای سیکل ماهیانه نیز کمک می‌کند. پژوهش‌ها بیانگر آن است، پکتین موجود در این نوشیدنی با چربی‌های موجود در روده ترکیب شده و با کاهش میزان جذب چربی‌ها باعث تنظیم میزان کلسترول خون می‌شود.
چای نهنج گل رز در تسکین خستگی چشم‌ها نیز مؤثر است. به این ترتیب که ابتدا یک دستمال را به خوبی شسته و پس از آغشته کردن آن به این نوع چای، چشم‌ها را بسته و آن را روی پلک‌ها قرار می‌دهند.

مرکبات منبع غنی از ویتامین ث است اما قند فراوان آن یکی از مشکلات تغذیه‌ای بیماران دیابتی است بنابراین دم‌کرده نهنج گل رز جایگزین مناسبی برای تأمین ویتامین ث بدون دریافت قند محسوب می‌شود.
افزایش مقاومت بدن در برابر عفونت‌ها و باکتری‌ها بخصوص عفونت‌های مجاری ادراری از دیگر فوایدی است که به این نوشیدنی نسبت داده می‌شود به‌طوری که تأثیر زیادی در کاهش تب دارد.

موردی که گفته شد خیلی برام جالب بود من کلا به گل رز خیلی علاقه دارم مخصوصا قرمز همه دوستانی که می ئونند این رنگشو برای هدیه یا وقتی تو بیمارستان باشم برام میارند خیلی تو روحیم تاثیر مثبت میذاره اما نمی دونستم اینقدر خاصیت هم داره از یادآوری این مورد بینهایت ممنونم
