دوستان گلم
چون خيلي دير كردم
ميخوام دو موضوع و دو حركت رو با هم امتحان كنين
و برام بگين كه اين حركات چگونه بوده
ايا ادامه بدهيم يا خير ؟

براي حركت بعدي
كه خيلي اسونه و بهش حركت گهواره ميگن
چون حركت رفت و برگشتي است
و هم چنين
فوق العاده براي خستگي موثر است بسيار عاليه

خب روي زمين ميخوابين طوريكه هر دو پاهاتون رو توي سينه بياريد
و بچسبه به سينه يا شكمتون بعد با هر دو دستتون زير پاهاتون رو ميگيرين
و سر رو بلند ميكنيد از زمين
به مثال ادم جمع شده اي هستين الان
و با حركت رفت و برگشت به تمام اعضاتون فشاري وارد ميكنيد كه باعث ميشه خستگي به كل از بذنتون خارج شه
اميدوارم متوجه شده باشيد
وگرنه ما درخدمتيم .

رسیدیم به این حرکت که قبلا مشابهش رو انجام دادیم تقریبا باهاش باید اشنایی داشته باشید

پاها رو دراز کنین و اگه حرکت قبلی رو انجا داده باشین میبینین که این هم کمی پیچش داره به تصاویر دقت کنین گویای همه چیز است
ولی اگه توضیحات بیشتری خواستین در خدمتم love51


حرکات رو از راست به چپ انجام بدید در اخر هم پیچش به طرف خلاف .

حدودا 7 ، 8 ساله پيش (وايي چه زود گذشتا icon_cry ) دو ، سه سالي رفتم يوگا . يادمه يه حركتي بود به اسم گره اگه اشتباه نكنم . اين تصاوير منو ياده اون حركت انداختن . يادمه حدودا 2 ماه طول كشيد كه تويه اون حركت نوك انگشتام بهم برسه . الان كه فكر ميكنم به خودم افتخار ميكنم . عجب انعطافي داشته بدنما! agreement2agreement2

ولی یاسی این حرکات کلا منظورم بعد از کشش هستش
اونقدر آدم کش میاد که خوابش هم میاد ولی خداییش بعد از یوگا خواب هم میچسبه
آدم هم شارژ میشه
هم خمار میشه
البته فکر کنم چون اولاشه یه کم متوسل به زور میشم

حالا یه فکری برا سینا میکنم ببینم میتونم یه حجرکت بذارم که سینا همونجا بخوابه
