حرکاتی برای درد كف پا و پاشنه - shokolat - 2011/11/21

تمرینات ورزشی زیر را حداقل دوبار در روز انجام دهید تا فرایند ترمیم و بهبودی شما تسریع شده و درد با سرعت بیشتری كاهش پیدا كند.

1. نرمش كششی تاندون آشیل و فاشیای كف پا :
اولین كاری كه در آغاز صبح انجام می دهید می تواند این تمرین باشد. مطابق شكل یك باند الاستیك یا یك حوله را دور قسمت برجسته ی پا كه كمی پایینتر از انگشتان است قرار دهید،‌ زانو را مستقیم نگه دارید و پنجه پا را به سمت صورت بكشید و این حالت را به مدت 30 ثانیه حفظ كنید. این تمرین را سه مرتبه برای هر پا تكرار كنید.

2. شنا روی دیوار برای كشش تاندون آشیل:
تاندون آشیل یك بافت فیبری است كه از انتهای عضلات پشت ران و ساق منشا می گیرد و به استخوان پاشنه متصل می شود. بنابرین این تمرین را ابتدا با زانوی مستقیم و سپس با زانوی خمیده انجام دهید تا هر دو قسمت تاندون آشیل تحت كشش قرار گیرند. این تمرین را دوبار در روز انجام دهید.
در حالت اول روبروی دیوار بایستید و كف دستها را در مقابل شانه روی دیوار قرار داده و پاها را مطابق شكل و یكی را در جلوی دیگری قرار دهید. پای جلویی باید حدود 30 سانتیمتر از دیوار فاصله داشته باشد. زانوی جلو را فقط كمی خم كنید ، زانوی عقب را مستقیم نگه دارید و با كف دستها به دیوار تكیه كنید تا در ساق پای عقب كشش احساس كنید. چند ثانیه صبر كنید و بعد رها كنید. این تمرین را 10 مرتبه تكرار كنید.

حالت دوم مشابه قبلی است اما در اینجا باید كمی پای عقبی را جلوتر بیاورید تا زانوی عقب كمی خم شود. تمریت را 10 مرتبه تكرار كنید.

3- كشش تاندون آشیل و فاشیای كف پا با پله :
در ابتدا برای حمایت كافی ، نرده پله ها را بگیرید ، با پنجه ی پا روی پله ی اول بایستید و پاها را كمی از هم باز نگه دارید. مطابق شكل طوری بایستید كه پاشنه ها بیرون قرار بگیرند. زانوها را مستقیم نگه دارید و كمی پاشنه ها را پایین بیاورید تا كششی در ساق پا حس كنید. این حالت را به مدت 10 تا 20 ثانیه حفظ كنید و سپس پاشنه ها را بالا و به حالت اول بیاورید. تمرین را حداقل دو بار در روز و هر بار 6 مرتبه انجام دهید.

4- 4- كشش فعال فاشیای كف پا :
برای این تمرین بایستید و تكیه گاه مناسبی مانند پشت یك صندلی را با دست نگه دارید و یا اینكه بنشینید. در این حركت شما می توانید قوس كف پا را بر روی یك شئ غلطان مانند وردنه ، بطری یا قوطی های نوشیدنی كه مقاومت كافی داشته باشند ، یا بر روی توپ تنیس قرار دهید. پا و مچ پا را در جهتهای مختلف روی شئ غلطان حركت دهید.


این حركت را چند دقیقه انجام دهید و زمانی كه احساس ناراحتی در كف پا داشتید آنرا متوقف كنید. این تمرین را حداقل دوبار در روز تكرار كنید. در صورتی كه حركت را روی جسم غلطان سرد مانند قوطی نوشیدنی كه در یخچال بوده انجام دهید احساس ناراحتی كف پا كمتر خواهد شد.

وااااااو من چقدر دنبال همچین مطلبی توی سایت می گشتم
برا من که درد و سفتی در ناحیه ی کف پا داشتم و تقریبا هنوزم دارم، ای روش ها مفید بوده
البته من فقط یک روشش رو، یعنی استفاده از یک آهنه دایره ای شکل و غلطان استفاده می کردم و باقی روش ها برام جدیده
