حركاتی برای رفع درد قوس‌كف پا - shokolat - 2011/11/21

افرادی كه كف پای صاف دارند بیشتر دچار این مشكل می‌شوند. درد قوس كف پا معمولا به آهستگی ظاهر می‌شود ولی گاهی اوقات پس از پرش یا دوی سرعت، فرد به طور ناگهانی دچار چنین حالتی می‌شود و در قوس كف پایی احساس درد شدیدی می‌كند.

قرار دادن كمپرس سرد روی این ناحیه می‌تواند به بهبود درد كمك كند. برای پیشگیری از درد قوس كف پا كفش‌های مناسب به پا كنید و از حركات زیر برای جلوگیری یا رفع درد استفاده كنید.
حركت اول:
روی یك سطح سخت بنشینید و یك پای خود را به سمت جلو دراز كنید یك حوله یا پارچه را از زیر پنجه خود رد كنید و با دو دست به سمت خود بكشید طوری كه زانو شما خم نشود. این وضعیت را برای 30ـ15 ثانیه حفظ كنید و سپس به حالت استراحت بازگردید. این حركت را 3 مرتبه تكرار كنید.


حركت دوم:
روی یك صندلی نشسته و یك پای خود را روی زانوی پای دیگر قرار دهید. با دست انگشتان پای خود را گرفته و به سمت عقب بكشید تا وقتی كشش مناسبی را احساس كنید. 15 ثانیه در همین حال بمانید و 3 بار این حركت را تكرار كنید.


حركت سوم:
پنجه پای خود را روی لبه یك سكو قرار دهید و در همین حال پاشنه همان پا را به سمت پایین حركت داده تا كشش كافی در كف پای خود احساس كنید. 30ـ15 ثانیه در وضعیت كشش بمانید. این حركت را 3 بار تكرار كنید.

افرادی كه كف پایشان صاف است احتمال بیشتری برای دچار شدن به این حالت دارند. درد قوس كف پا معمولا به آرامی تظاهر پیدا می‌كند، اما اگر رباط‌ها دچار كشیدگی شوند فرد با درد قوس كف پای ناگهانی مواجه می‌شود. در این حالت فرد در طول قوس كف پا دردی را احساس می‌كند. برای كاهش درد می‌توانید روی پای خود كمپرس سرد بگذارید و از حركات زیر نیز استفاده كنید.
حركت اول:
پاشنه خود را روی زمین قرار دهید و سعی كنید با انگشتان خود حوله‌ای را از روی زمین بلند كنید و بعد آن را رها كنید. این حركت را 20 ـ 10 مرتبه تكرار كنید. وقتی این كار برای شما ساده‌تر شد با قرار دادن اجسامی روی حوله وزن آنرا بیشتر كنید.

حركت دوم:
یك قوطی نوشابه خنك را زیر پای خود قرار داده و از پاشنه تا قوس كف پا آن را زیر پای خود بغلتانید. این كار را برای مدت 5ـ3 دقیقه ادامه دهید.

حركت سوم:
بنشیند و پای خود را دراز كنید. قسمت میانی كشی كه مخصوص ورزش‌های نرمشی طراحی شده را از زیر پنجه پا عبور داده و دو سر آن را در دست بگیرید. به آهستگی پنجه خود را به سمت پایین فشار دهید. طوری كه كشش كش را احساس كنید. این حركت را 10 مرتبه در 3 نوبت انجام دهید.

حركت چهارم:
مطابق حركت قبل روی زمین بنشینید. این بار دو سر كش را به جای آن كه در دست بگیرید به نقطه‌ای در مقابل كف پای خود ببندید. سپس انگشتان خود را به سمت خودتان حركت دهید. این حركت را در 3 نوبت 10 مرتبه‌ای تكرار كنید.
