سندرم کانال کارپال،بیماری شایعی در بین زنان میانسال است که به علت درگیر کردن عصب با گزگز و ضعف عضلانی بروز می یابد.
كانال «كارپال» تونلی در مچ است كه عصب میانی دست از آن رد می شود.این عصب شاخه حركتی است و عضلات حركت دهنده انگشتان دست را عصب دهی می کند.
آسیب این کانال به علل مختلف با نام «سندرم کانال کارپال» خوانده و موجب تحت فشار قرار گرفتن شاخه عصبی می شود و سست شدگی،گز گز كردن دست هنگام خواب،احساس ضعف و درد در مچ دست و لاغر شدن عضلات كف دست از علایم آن است.


این بیماری در زنان شایع‌تر است و از علل پدید آمدن آن می توان به فعالیت سنگین و كششی،قرار گرفتن دست در وضعیت نامناسب،قرار دادن مكرر دستها در زیر چانه و تغییرات هورمونی در زنان اشاره کرد.
اولین اقدام درمانی،تشخیص درست و در مرحله بعد انجام تست نوار عصب و عضله است كه وجود این سندرم و همچنین شدت و ضعف آن را مشخص می نماید.
درمان این بیماری با درمانهای طبی و فیزیوتراپی امكان پذیر است و در موارد كمی نیاز به جراحی دارد.
همچنین جلوگیری از فعالیتهای كششی و سنگین در كاهش و درمان این بیماری توصیه می شود.

بله اینو هم من دارم تجربه میکنم wink2 مچ دست چپم علاوه بر دردی که موقع حرکت داره به اندازه یک فندق برآمدگی هم داره که هنوز به دکتر مراجعه نکردم ببینم چی میگه confused
