ماساژکشکک - shokolat - 2011/11/17

یکی از علل شایع درد زانو خشکی بافت اطراف کشکک است. در این حالت ماساژ بافت اطراف زانو گاهی باعث از بین رفتن درد می شود. متاسفانه این حالت در بسیاری از موارد تحت عنوان آرتروز زانو ذکر شده و با دادن بی حرکتی باعث بد تر شدن بیمار می شود.

پای راست من مشکل داره ، اونم از یک زمانی خیلی قبل تر از تشخیص ام اس.
حالا بماند چرا ولی از وقتی مشکل دار شده زانوم متورم میشه مثل بادکند میشه . درد هم نداره ولی حس می کنم آب زیر پوستم جمع میشه شایدم احساسم اشتباهه confused2
وقتی مدت زیادی به حالت نشسته باشم ( مثلا مسافرت با ماشین شخصی !!! ) زانوم بازم متورم میشه. یا حتی گاهی اوقات وقتی زیاد راه میرم و مواردی مشابه این.
مسئله اینه که درد نداره ، فقط وقتی متورم میشه راه رفتن واسم سخت میشه و پام رو ترجیح میدم خم نکنم ، چند وقت پیش هم گفتن برو پیش دکتر ارتوپد ولی نرفتم.
نمی دونم حالا این ماساژ رو که شما نوشتید مشکل من رو در دراز مدت حل می کنه به نطرتون ؟ چون پزشک فیزیوتراپ هم فوقش همین حرکات رو بده یا یکمی بیشتر یا کمتر.
امروز که امتحانش کردم که خیلی حال کردم خستگیش رفع شد smiling

لزوما نه.
اما از اونجاییکه درد یا ضعف عضلات ممکنه گاهی سراغ افراد بیاد برای تسکینش پیشنهاد دادمSmile
