شرح وظایف فیزیوتراپیست - shokolat - 2011/11/11

فیزیوتراپیستتحت نظارت مستقیم مسئول فیزیوتراپی انجام وظیفه می‌نماید.

تصدی سمت می‌تواند با لیسانس فیزیوتراپی(BSPT) و یا فوق لیسانس فیزیوتراپی(MSPT) یا دکترای فیزیوتراپی(PhD /DPT) باشد.

۱. نظارت بر فعالیت‌های درمانی دستیار فیزیوتراپی، تکنسین فیزیوتراپی، کمک فیزیوتراپی

۲. تشکیل پرونده جهت بیماران فیزیوتراپی

۳. ثبت کلیه نکات مربوط به بیمار و مراحل درمان و کلیه وقایع در حین درمان

۴. جمع آوری وگزارش کلیه آمار درمانی بیماران به مسئول بخش

۵. آموزش و توصیه به بیماران یا همراهان آنها

۶. شرکت در بازآموزی‌ها بطور سالیانه و ارائه مدارک مربوطه

۷. رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای

۸. بررسی و معاینه انفرادی و گروهی نقص‌های بالقوه یا بالفعل، محدودیتهای عملکردی، نا تواناییها

۹. تشخیص محدودیتهای حرکتی، ناتوانیها یا بیماری‌ها

۱۰. طراحی و برنامه ریزی برای درمان

۱۱. مشاوره و آموزش به بیمار

۱۲. اجرای مداخلات درمانی مانند:مانوال تراپی، الکتروتراپی، تمرین درمانی، هیدروتراپی

۱۳. ارزیابی پیشرفت بیمار

۱۴. ثبت مراحل درمان

۱۵. تهیه گزارش درمان در پایان آخرین جلسه درمانی جهت ارائه به پزشک ارجاع دهنده

۱۶. ارائه خدمات درمانی به بیماران اعم از سرپائی یا بستری مطابق دستورالعمل مسئول بخش

۱۷. انجام سایرامورمحوله از طرف مسئول بخش درحدود اخلاق حرفه‌ای

۱۸. حفظ اطلاعات و اسرار مربوط به کارکنان وبیماران

۱۹. عدم دخالت دراموردرمانی همکاران و درصورت نیازگزارش به مسئول بخش

من که فیزیوتراپی رفتم فقط در موقع پذیرش فیریو تراپ رو دیدم و بقیه روزها دستیار فیزیوتراپ به من حرکات رو آموزش میداد و هیچ نظارتی توسط دکتر فیریوتراپ نبود و بخاطر همین خیلی بدتر شدم و بخاطر همین دیگه ادامه ندادمangry2

نجوا عزیزم دستیار فیزیوتراپ دستور تمرینی فیزیوتراپ رو براتون انجام میده و حتما تجربه داره ولزوما به حضور خود فیزوتراپ احتیاجی نیست تو هرروز بهتراز دیروز هستی اگر خودتو باور داشته باشی.ادامه بده چون تو میتونیwink2agreement2agreement2agreement2
