تمرین اولیه بازتوانی زانوی اسیب دیده - shokolat - 2011/11/08

راحت روی صندلی نشسته،دستها را روی آن بگذارید. کتاب قطوری را بین پا ها قرار دهید. کتاب را بالا بیاورید بدین وسیله که زانو ها را دراز کنید. این حالت را 5 ثانیه حفظ کنید،قبل از اینکه پا ها را زمین بگذارید. تمرین را 5 بار تکرار کنيد

تمرین تقویتی زانو

1)محكم كردن زانو:
بنشینینید و پاها را مقابل خود دراز كنید ,زانوی خود را هر چه محكم تر راست كنید ,آن را به زمین فشار دهید و هم زمان پا را از مچ به سمت خود بكشید .زانو را تا پنج شماره راست نگه دارید,سپس آن را كاملا شل كنید (سه بار در روز هر بار 10مرتبه)
2)محكم كردن زانو در حالت ایستاده یا نشسته:
باید این تمرین را در فعالیت های روزمره خود بگنجانید .برای مثال هنگامی كه برای مدت طولانی نشسته اید به دفعات زانوی خود را راست كنید

3)محكم كردن زانو با حمایت پاشنه:
بنشینید و پاهای خود را دراز كنید .جسمی (مانند حوله ای? تا شده یا یك تكه چوب به ارتفاع پنج سانتی متر )را زیر پاشنه خود قرار دهید ,عضلات ران را سفت كنید و انگشتان را از مچ پا به سمت خود بكشید .تا ده بشمارید ,سپس عضلات را شل كنید و این تمرین را حداقل دو بار در روز و هر بار ده مرتبه انجام دهید .

4)بالا بردن پا در وضعیت كشیده :
بنشینید و پاها را راست كنید .درحالیكه زانو را در وضعیت كشیده قفل كرده اید ,پای آسیب دیده را بالا ببرید ,سپس تا نزدیكی زمین پایین بیاورید .این تمرین را به صورت متوالی و سریع ده بار انجام دهید و سعی كنید به سی برسانید.

5)بالا بردن پا با وزنه :
بنشینید و پاهای خود را راست كنید .وزنه ای روی مچ پا قراردهید ,پاها را در همان حالت راست بودن بالا ببرید سپس به آرامی پایین بیاورید.برای شروع,وزنه نباید از یك كیلوگرم بیشتر باشد وزنه را به تدریج سنگین تر كنید. مراقب باشید كه زانو در وضعیت كشیده باشد.تمرین را با 5بار شروع كنیدو به تدریج به 5سری ده تایی برسانید.

مچكرم واقعا خيلي خوب بود يك مشكلي هست بعضي صوپا پام بي حس ميشه چيكاركنم
