ایرنا: رييس مركز تحقيقات علوم اعصاب شناختي رفتار دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي تهران گفت: علاقمندان مي توانند با مراجعه به نشاني اينترنتي و با پاسخ به سوال هاي طرح شده در اين آدرس زیر عملكرد مغز خود را ارزيابي كنند.

افراد با پاسخ به سوالات مطرح شده مي توانند توانايي شناختي مغز خود را در حيطه توجه، حافظه، برنامه ريزي، تصميم گيري و شناخت اجتماعي اندازه گيري كرده و سپس نتايج آن را مشاهده كنند.

'وحيد نجاتي' با اشاره به اينكه هر يك از شاخص هاي اين پرسش نامه نشان دهنده عملكردهاي شناختي مغز است و نمره صفر تا 20 محاسبه شده است، ادامه داد: افرادي كه در اين آزمون اينترنتي كمتر از نمره 10 كسب كنند كاركرد مغز آنان، داراي اختلال بوده و نياز به مراجعه به متخصصان دارند و اين افراد مي توانند با انجام تمرينات شناختي، مغز خود را تقويت كند.

رييس مركز تحقيقات علوم اعصاب شناختي رفتار افزود: تمرينات شناختي به تمريناتي اطلاق مي شود كه مغز را درگير مي كند، برخي تمرينات شناختي مانند حل كردن جدول براي بهبود تمركز در خانه مي تواند انجام شود.

نجاتي ادامه داد: نمرات كمتر از 10 حتي مي تواند نشانه اي از بيماري آلزايمر باشد و براي تشخيص دقيق تر اين افراد، نياز به آزمون هاي تكميلي است.

به گفته وي، تاكنون اين آزمون غربالگري در مورد 380 هزار نفر انجام شده است و پس از تحت پوشش قرار گرفتن يك ميليون نفر، نتايج آن مي تواند در سطح كشور تعميم داده و از آن براي برنامه ريزي ها استفاده شود.

رييس مركز تحقيقات علوم اعصاب شناختي رفتار خاطرنشان كرد يك نمره تراز ظرف سه هفته آينده اعلام مي شود تا افراد بتوانند نمره هاي به دست آمده از آزمون ارزيابي عملكرد مغز خود را با آن مقايسه كنند.

نجاتي يادآور شد فرم اين آزمون را متخصصان مغز و شناخت مركز پژوهشي علوم اعصاب شناختي طراحي كرده اند و اين فرم هاي ارزيابي براي همه گروه هاي سني كاربرد دارد.
