در این پست من در مورد قطع دارو های اصلی و بعضی دارو های دیگه MS توضیح داده ام.
در همین جا توضیحات بعدی رو اضافه خواهیم کرد.
سوالات متداول:

1) آیا کودک من MS خواهد داشت؟
هیچ رابطه ی مثل بعضی بیماری ها میان MS و ژنتیک نیست. شانس اینکه کودک پدر و مادر MS ای مبتلا شود. تنها 2% است
و هنوز آزمایشی برای حدس میزان شانس ابتلا در کودک نیست.

2) آیا می تونم به بچه ام شیر بدم؟
مشکلی برای مادر در زمان شیر دهی وجود ندارد و هنوز با قطعیت انتقال "دارو ها و درمان" از طریق شیر به کودک تایید نشده است.
و پزشکان توصیه میکنند در زمان بارداری درمان قطع شود. و چون مادر به درمان احتیاج دارد. بسته به توصیه ی پزشک با شروع درمان
شیردهی به کودک قطع میشود. توصیه میشود تا 4 ماهگی کودک را از مزایای شیر مادر بهره مند سازید سپس مجددا درمان را آغاز
کنید. همه ی این ها بستگی به تصمیم شما دارد.

3) آیا بیماری من بعد از تولد کودکم عود خواهد کرد؟
ریسک عود بیماری در شش ماه بعد از تولد بچه ی شما بین 20 تا 40 % خواهد بود.
ممکن است هیچ اتفاقی برای شما نیوفتد اما بهتر است برای کاهش استرس از همسر و یا پرستار خود بخواهید
که در کنارتان باشد تا در صورت لذوم به شما کمک کند. در هر صورت ممکن است شما هیچ علائمی هم نداشته
باشید اما این عاقلا نه است که تحت نظر پزشک باشید.

4) آیا در هنگام زایمان از بیحسی نخاعی می توانم استفاده کنم؟
بعضی از نورولوژیست ها این کار را خطر ناک میدانند و توصیه نمی کنند. با این وجود مطالعات اخیر نشان میدهد
زنانی که در زایمان از این روش بیحسی استفاده کرده اند تعداد حمله ها و عود های بیشتری نسبت به بقیه ندارند
انتخاب نوع بیهوشی در هنگام زایمان بعد از سه ماهه ی سوم با مشورت متخصص زنان و زایمان و نورولوژیست صورت
میگیرد و به طور کلی بیهوشی عمومی برای بیماران MS مشکلی ایجاد نمیکند و خوب است.

بارداری و سزارین:
در این مقاله می گوید:
احتمال احتیاج به سزارین و تولد بچه ی ضعیف در زنان مبتلا به MS نسبت به زنان معمولی تفاوتی ندارد.

انجمن ملی MS آمریکا چه میگوید:
انجمن ملی MS ایالات متحده نیز در بخشی تحت عنوان Effects of Pregnancy on MS می نویسد:
تا قبل از سال 1950 نورولوژیست ها بر این باور بودند که بارداری میزان و تعداد حمله ها را افزایش میدهد.
اما با مطالعات 40 سال گذشته و بارداری بسیاری از زنان نتیجه ای برعکس آن حاصل شده است:
بارداری تعداد حمله ها را کاهش می دهد خصوصا در سه ماهه دوم و سوم.

ترک اینترفرون قبل از بارداری - neghar - 2011/10/21

یه سوال:
کسی که قصد حامله شدن دارد جه مدت قبلش لازم است اینترفرون را ترک و اقدام به این کار کند و آیا اگر ضمن مصرف اینترفرون بفهمد حامله شده و زود ترک کند باز خطری برای بچه وجود دارد؟

خانمهایی که ام اس داشته و قصد باردار شدن دارند باید به نکات زیر توجه داشته باشند:
براساس توصیه اف-دی-ای خانمهایی که قطعاً قصد باردار شدن دارند نباید از داروهای تعدیل کننده سیر بیماری مثل آوونکس، ربیف، بتافرون و کوپاکسون استفاده کنند. همچنین مردان و زنانی که قصد بچه دار شدن دارند نباید از داروهای سرکوب کننده ایمنی مثل نوانترون استفاده کنند. اکثر پزشکان توصیه می کنند که این داروها باید یک ماه یا یک سیکل قبل از بارور شدن قطع شود، زیرا عوارض سوء بر روی جنین خواهند داشت.

داروهای شیمی درمانی مثل ایموران (آزاتیوپیرین) یا متوتروکسات باید حداقل به مدت یک ماه قبل از بارور شدن در خانم و همسر او قطع شود. افرادیکه تحت درمان با این داروها می باشند حتماً باید از روش مناسب جلوگیری استفاده کنند.

اگر بیماری ام.اس فعال است و بیمار قصد باردارشدن دارد باید ابتدا بیماری او کنترل شودو سپس داروها را جهت باردار شدن قطع کند.

اگر در حین مصرف متوجه بشید باید سریع با دکتر مشورت و دارو رو قطع کنید.
معمولا 1-2 سال که حمله نداشته باشید دکتر مجوز بارداری رو میده.

قبل از زمان بارداری باید دارو ها قطع بشن. چون دارو به بچه تاثیر میذاره
و تا هنگام زایمان هیچ مشکلی برای مادر پیش نمیاد چون سطح هرمون ها
بالاست .
بعد هم باید تحت نظر پزشک آهسته مجددا درمان رو پی بگیرید.
البته در زمان شیردهی نمی تونید دارو استفاده کنید.

دوست عزیز ، توصیه شده که در دوران شیردهی به دلیل عوارضی که می تونه برای بچه ایجاد کنه ، از این دارو استفاده نشه .

تو دفترچه راهنماش نوشته که در دوران شیردهی و ....حتما با پزشک مشورت شود
