فرانشیز داروهای گران‌قیمت حذف می‌شود


سلامت نیوز: مدیر عامل سازمان تامین اجتماعی از کاهش یا حذف فرانشیز داروهای گران‌قیمت در کشور خبر داد.

به گزارش سلامت نیوز به نقل از فارس، رحمت‌الله حافظی سه‌شنبه شب در جمع خبرنگاران رسانه‌های گروهی استان در سنندج، اظهارداشت: پرداخت فرانشیز 30 درصدی دارو و به ویژه داروهای گرانقیمت مشکلاتی را برای بیمه‌شدگان ایجاد می‌کند که به همین منظور سازمان تأمین‌اجتماعی پیشنهاد کاهش و یا حذف فرانشیز داروهای گرانقیمت به ویژه داروهای مورد استفاده در درمان بیماری‌های مزمن را مطرح کرده است.

به گفته مدیرعامل سازمان تامین اجتماعی، در حال ‌حاضر سازمان تأمین ‌اجتماعی 70 درصد هزینه داروهای مربوط به بخش سرپایی را می‌پردازد و 30 درصد نیز فرانشیز پرداختی بیمه‌شدگان است.

حافظی اضافه کرد: بیمه‌شدگان مبتلا به بیماری‌های تالاسمی و هموفیلی از پرداخت فرانشیز معاف هستند و تمام داروهای مورد نیازشان را به صورت رایگان دریافت می‌کنند.

به گفته وی، در حال حاضر فرانشیز داروهای مورد نیاز بیماران مبتلا به ام اس 10 درصد و بیماران سرطانی 15 درصد است.

وی خاطرنشان کرد: سازمان تأمین ‌اجتماعی پیشنهاد کاهش و یا حذف فرانشیز پرداختی مربوط به بیماری‌های مزمن را مطرح کرده و برای تأمین بار مالی مربوطه نیز فرانشیز برخی از داروهای ارزان‌ قیمت افزایش می‌یابد.

راه‌اندازی سرویس اینترنتی ارسال حق ‌بیمه

مدیرعامل صندوق تامین ‌اجتماعی همچنین از راه‌اندازی سرویس پرداخت اینترنتی حق‌ بیمه خبر داد و افزود: در حال حاضر یک میلیون و 254 کارفرما در سطح کشور زیرپوشش تامین اجتماعی هستند که پایان هر ماه برای پرداخت حق بیمه باید به یکی از شعب سازمان مراجعه می‌کردند.

حافظی تصریح کرد: برای صرفه‌جوی در وقت و هزینه پرداخت حق بیمه به صورت غیرحضوری در دستور کار این سازمان قرار گرفت که اکنون این سرویس به صورت آزمایشی در شعبه یک تامین اجتماعی تهران در حال اجراست.

به گفته وی، این طرح تا پایان سال‌جاری به صورت فراگیر در سراسر کشور قابل استفاده خواهد بود و کارفرمایان صندوق تامین ‌اجتماعی می‌توانند از خدمات غیرحضوری این صندوق بهره‌مند شوند.

وی با بیان اینکه سامانه متمرکز تامین ‌اجتماعی آماده بهره‌‌برداری است، خاطرنشان کرد: با راه‌اندازی سرویس اینترنتی حق‌ بیمه، ارسال لیست و پرداخت حق‌بیمه به صورت غیرحضوری امکان پذیر می‌شود.

فرانشیز گونه ای از کسب و کار است که بر پایه آن به یک شرکت اختیارداده می‌شود که تولیدات و یا فرآورده‌های شرکت دیگر را را بفروشد و در برابر آن مبلغی دریافت کند که به این مبلغ، مبلغ فرانشیز می‌گویند.

فرانشیز یک شبکه ارتباطی میان کسب و کارهای مستقل کوچک می‌باشد که به هر یک از این کسب و کارهای کوچک اجازه می‌دهد که تحت یک نام بازرگانی مشترک و یک هویت فعالیت کنند و همگی از یک متد موفق (که پیشتر آزمایش شده) و بازاریابی مشترک بهره گیری کنند. در عمل فرانشیز یک راهبرد کسب و کار برای جذب و نگهداری مشتری است. یک سیستم بازاریابی است که هدف آن ایجاد یک تصویر درباره فرآورده‌ها و یا خدمات یک شرکت در ذهن مشتری می‌باشد.روشی برای تعریف فرآورده‌ها و یا خدمات است به گونه ای که نیازهای مشتری را برآورده کند .

کسب و کارهای کوچکی که تحت شبکه ارتباطی فرانشیز با یکدیگر و مشترکا به فعالیت خواهند پرداخت را «کسب و کارهای تحت پوشش» و شرکتی را که وظیفه آن برقراری این شبکه و ارائه متدهای موفق از قبل آزمایش شده به کسب و کارهای تحت پوشش می‌باشد، «هماهنگ کننده» می‌نامند.


فرانشیز چیست‌ ؟
درصد یا مبلغی‌ از خسارت‌ است‌، و جبران‌ آن ‌برعهده‌ خود بیمه ‌گذار. وجود بیمه ‌نامه ‌نباید موجب ‌سهل‌ انگاری‌ بیمه ‌گذار شود.

بیمه ‌گذار، همان‌ طور كه‌ از اموال ‌خود مراقبت‌ می‌كند باید از اموال‌ بیمه‌ شده‌ هم‌ مراقبت ‌به ‌عمل‌ آورد. وجود فرانشیز موجب ‌می‌شود كه‌ بیمه ‌گذار در حفظ و نگهداری ‌موضوع‌ بیمه‌ جدی‌ باشد. فرانشیز موجب ‌حذف‌ خسارتهای ‌جزئی‌ می‌شود كه‌ به‌ تبع‌ آن‌ هزینه ‌های ‌اداری‌ و عملیاتی ‌بیمه ‌گر كاهش‌ می‌یابد.
