پژوهشگران دانشگاه آلاباما دريافتند زناني كه مصرف كننده سطوح بالايي از كافئين هستند 70 درصد بيشتر در معرض ابتلا به بي اختياري ادراري قرار ميگيرند.

به گزارش گروه ترجمه سلامت نيوز، در اين مطالعات افزوده شده كه مصرف 329 ميلي گرم در روز ( حدود سه فنجان قهوه ) يا بيشتر مشكلاتي نظير مشكلات مثانه را زياد تر ميكند.
متخصصان ميگويند كه بيش از 13 ميليون امريكايي كه بيشتر زنان هستند از اين مشكل رنج ميبرند و اين مشكل در طول بارداري و هنگام زايمان ، يائسگي و تغييرات هورموني به علت ضعف عضلات لگن تشديد ميشود و عمدتا ناشي از پيري نيست.

منابع كافئين شامل قهوه ، چاي ،نوشابه و برخي داروها ميباشند.

خوردن بیسکویت برای زنان ممنوع!
زنانی كه بیش از 3 بار در روز بیسكویت می‌خورند با احتمال بیشتری ممكن است به سرطان رحم دچار شوند.

دانشمندان متوجه شدند مصرف مداوم بیسكویت و كیك به‌طور قابل توجهی خطر ابتلا به سرطان رحم را افزایش می‌دهد. دانشمندان معتقدند، شكر زیادی كه در این خوراكی‌ها به كار رفته به چند طریق ممكن است باعث ابتلا به سرطان شود.

در مرحله اول، وارد شدن مقادیر زیاد شكر به بدن باعث افزایش ترشح هورمون انسولین می‌شود.

این هورمون باعث تحریك رشد سلول‌ها در رحم شده و فرد را در معرض ابتلا به سرطان قرار می‌دهد.

از سوی دیگر شكر اضافه، ترشح هورمون استروژن را هم افزایش می‌دهد كه این عامل هم در رشد هورمون‌های سرطانی نقش زیادی دارد.

زنانی كه 2 یا 3بار در هفته بیسكویت می‌خورند با احتمال 33 درصد بیشتر از دیگران ممكن است به سرطان رحم دچار شوند.

اگر فردی بیش از 3 بار در هفته از این خوراكی‌ها استفاده كند این خطر تا 42 درصد هم افزایش پیدا می‌كند.

به اعتقاد دانشمندان داشتن وزن متعادل و ورزش كردن بهترین راه برای كاهش خطر ابتلا به سرطان رحم است.

متاسفانه امروزه خانواده‌ها محصولات شیرین و شكر زیادی را در رژیم غذایی خود گنجانده‌اند كه این موضوع عواقب زیادی برای سلامت آن‌ها به همراه دارد.

به گفته یک متخصص تغذیه، مصرف غذاهای شیرین به میزان سه بار در هفته خطر بروز سرطان گردن رحم (سرویکس) را ۳۳ درصد افزایش می دهد.
افکارنیوز: دکتر شکوه سربلوکی با اشاره به علاقه بسیاری از خانم‌ها به مصرف میان وعده یا اسنک، گفت: در حقیقت مصرف میان وعده مشکلی ندارد اما نکته مهم انتخاب نوع میان وعده و خوراکی است که مصرف می شود.

وی گفت: مصرف مواد غذایی مثل بیسکویت و نان‌های شیرین به میزان ۳ بار در هفته خطر بروز سرطان سرویکس را به ۴۲ درصد افزایش می دهد.

وی افزود: به طور کلی دریافت روزانه بیش از ۳۵ گرم شکر ( هفت قاشق مرباخوری) ابتلاء به سرطان رحم را افزایش می دهد.

وی با اشاره به یافته های تحقیقاتی درباره ارتباط مستقیم بین مصرف بیسکویت و سرطان پیشرفته سرویکس اذعان داشت: با توجه به این مطالعات، شکر موجود در بیسکویت منجر به افزایش انسولین و در نتیجه تحریک رشد سلول‌ها در رحم شده و فرد را در معرض خطر ابتلاء به سرطان قرار می‌دهد.

وی با اشاره به اینکه مصرف این مواد انرژی زا موجب افزایش کالری دریافتی و در نتیجه اضافه وزن و چاقی فرد شده که این عامل نیز یکی از عوامل خطر بروز سرطان رحم و سرویکس می باشد، تاکید کرد: شکر همچنین موجب ترشح هورمون استروژن شده که این عامل نیز در رشد غیر قابل کنترل سلولهای آندومتر(دیواره رحم) نقش زیادی دارد.

دکتر سربلوکی با بیان اینکه طبق آمارهای منتشر شده در کشور انگلستان هر سال ۶۴۰۰ مورد به سرطان آندومتر اضافه شده و در حدود هزار بیمارجان خود را از دست می دهند، اذعان داشت: سن متوسط و شایع این سرطان در خانم ها، بالای ۴۰ سال و همراه با عوامل خطرسازی مثل چاقی، دیابت و فشارخون بالا می باشد.

وی در پایان یادآور شد: توجه داشتن به حفظ تعادل رژیم غذایی و ورزش منظم و روزانه باعث کاهش ۳۰ درصدی ابتلاء به سرطان سرویکس می شود.

من یه سوالی داشتم گفتم همین جا بپرسم....
شکر موجود تو خرما هم خاصیت شکر رو داره؟
منظورم اینه که شکر و شیرینیه موجود تو خرما که طبیعیه همون عوارض شکر رو داره؟

نه شیرین جون قندموجوددرخرماعوارض شکررانداردبرای همین چایی خودمان راباخرمایاکشمش بخوریم بهتراست خرمارابیماران دیابتی مصرف نکنند.خرماضدسرطان است وسیستم ایمنی بدن راتقویت میکندوخیلی خواص دیگردارد.امااینوکه همه ی مامیدانیم درمصرف هیچ خوراکی زیاده روی نکنیم.راستی ازشکرسفید,شکرقهوه ای بهتراست
