کرن بری در شمال آمریکا و کانادا کشت می شود. از جمله میوه هایی محسوب می شود که خواص

بسیار دارد. طعمی بسیار خوشمزه و عامه پسند دارد که شاید هنوز به خوبی بین افراد شناخته نشده باشد.

خواص کرن بری:

به دلیل دارا بودن خاصیت جلوگیری از بروز سنگ کلیه و همچنین درمان عفونتهای کلیه از میوه های پر مصرف به شمار می آید. روزانه مصرف یک لیوان آب کرنبری بیماریهایی نظیر عفونتهای مجاری ادرار را درمان می کند. کرنبری باعث بهبود سیستم گردشی در بدن می شود.

تاننهای فشرده موجود در کرن بری از اکسیداسیون کلسترول بد جلوگیری می نماید و در نتیجه بدن را در مقابل تصلب شرایین محافظت می نماید. همچنین تاننها به عنوان یک پشتیبان و حامی برای قلب سالم محسوب می شوند. کرنبری به عنوان یک ضد باکتری عمل نموده و بر روی PH ادرار تاثیر می گذارد و از ایجاد سنگ کلیه جلوگیری به عمل می آورد. طعم این میوه بسیار خوشمزه و خاص (ملس) می باشد. مصرف آن به بیمارانی که از آسم رنج می برند نیز توصیه می گردد.

این میوه مانند داروی طبیعی برای بدن انسان مفید است لیکن هنوز در کشور به صورت عموم شناخته نشده است.

فکر کنم ازگیل و ذغال اخته رو با هم پیوند زدند
چون ذغال اخته هم برای تصفیه خون و هم برای از بین بردن چربی اضافه خیلی موثره

دکتر رژیم درمانی من خیلی راجع بهش گفت .تاکید کردن قرصش رو مصرف کنم البته میگن تو ایران به راحتی گیر نمیاد.

کنسانتره کرن بری

تهیه شده از آب میوه طبیعی تغلیظ شده با حفظ تمامی ویتامینهای موجود در میوه که از طریق دستگاههای تبخیر خلاء با راندمان بالا به دست می آید. این کنسانتره فوق العاده مفید به عنوان ترکیبات در صنایع غذایی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. تولیدکنندگان آب میوه یکی از مصرف کنندگان این محصول می باشند.

تو ايران فكر نكنم بشه ميوه ش رو پيدا كرد، ميوه ش يه حالت اسفنجى-چوبى داره و كلا به اون آبدارى كه آدم فكر ميكنه نيست. تلخى و گسى در طعمش به ترشى غلبه داره و معمولا كسى خامش رو نميخوره و خامش چندان طعم خوبى نداره، هرچند ميگن خامش بسيار مفيدتره. معمولا ازش سسى تهيه ميكن كه شب شكرگزارى كنار بوقلمون بدبخت سرو ميشه (يا با اون دقيقا نميدونم)، به همين دليل حول و حوش شكرگزارى در شمال آمريكا توى فروشگاهها ميشه خامش رو پيدا كرد فقط و در ساير اوقات شربت و ميوه خشك شده ش فقط موجوده كه چون به هر دو يك عالمه شكر اضافه شده چندان براى سلامتى مفيد نيست. بنابر اين به نظر ميرسه بهترين راه براى مصرفش همون قرصش باشه كه البته اگر پيدا بشه.
