دويدن با پاي برهنه ( Barefoot ) ، مفيدتر از دويدن با کفش است - # پریسا # - 2011/10/13

محققان با بررسي تاثير پوشيدن يا نپوشيدن کفش‌هاي ورزشي جديد در هنگام دويدن دريافتند که هنگام دويدن با کفش، تنش بيشتري به مفصل ران، زانو و عضلات قوزک پا وارد مي‌شود، اين تنش‌ها حتي از پوشيدن کفش پاشنه بلند بيشتر است.

براي اين تحقيق 68 نفر از جوانان(37 زن و 31 مرد) که هيچ نوع مصدوميت عضلاني استخواني نداشته و مرتبا 15 مايل در هفته با کفش‌هاي جديد مي‌دويدند، مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. هر يك از شرکت کنندگان در اين آزمايش، يک جفت کفش ورزشي با طراحي يکسان دريافت كردند، سپس حرکت دويدن آنها بر روي تردميل مورد تحليل قرار گرفت.

اطلاعات پس از زمان گرم شدن بدن و در حالي که دوندگان با سرعتي که خودشان ترجيح مي‌دادند با آن سرعت به دويدن ادامه دهند، جمع آوري شدند. در مقايسه با دويدن با پاي برهنه، محققان به نتايج پيچش بيشتر ماهيچه‌هاي ران، زانو و قوزک پا، افزايش گشتار چرخشي داخلي دوران و انحناي بيشتر ران، افزايش به طور متوسط 54 درصد در چرخش داخلي ران، 36 درصد در انحناي زانو، گشتاور مفصل، معياري از ميزان پيچش بر محوري است که مفصل بر روي آن قرار دارد دست يافتند.

همچنين پياده روي با کفش‌هاي پاشنه بلند، 20 الي 26 درصد و دويدن با کفش‌هاي ورزشي 36 الي 38 درصد، گشتاور مفاصل زانو را افزايش مي‌دهد.

محققان نتيجه گرفتند که هر چند دويدن با کفش‌هاي ورزشي به حفظ سلامتي بدن کمک مي‌کند ولي باعث افزايش تنش در مفاصل ران، زانو و قوزک پا مي‌شود.

من روی تردمیل پا برهنه که می دوم کمر درد می گیرم واسه همین کفش می پوشم .
چند وقت پیش هم رفتم کفش مخصوص پیاده روی خریدم به قول خودش توش کپسول داشت که مانع کمر درد میشد و خوب راست هم می گفت واقا با اونا کمردرد نمیشم ولی مشکلی که داره اینه که به دلیل اینکه شبیه کفش های پاشنه داره پام توش سر می خوره ضمن اینکه قوزک پام رو زحمی کرد دیگه نپوشیدم الآن کفش های قدیمیم رو می پوشم.
الآنم حدود 10 سالی میشه که دیگه کفش پاشنه بلند نپوشیدم فقط تو عروسی ها اونم همون یکی دو ساعت smiling
حالا اینکه زانوم چیش شده دیگه نمی دونم confused2

من با توجه به رشته ی تحصیلیم نظرمو میگم smiling

کفشهای ورزشی مناسب هنگام دویدن و یا حتی پیاده روی فشارد وارد بر پاشنه و به طبع آن زانو و درنهایت فشارد وارد به کمر رو دفع میکنه ، یعنی به اصطلاح لژ

کفش ورزشی مانع وارد شدن فشار به بدن شما میشود . همچنین کفش ورزشی مناسب باید سبک و نرم و به اصطلاح انعطاف پذیر باشد .

همچنین کفش ورزشی باید دقیقا اندازه ی پاتون باشه ، نه کوچکتر و نه بزرگتر .

کسانیکه که هم تردمیل دارند باید ابتدا طرز استفاده ی صحیح اون رو بدونند چون در صورت استفاده نابه جا ( مخصوصا از نظر سرعت و شیب ) آسیب های جدی خواهند دید .

البته 1 شماره فقط ولی همون یک شماره هم کلی بیچارگی باید بگردم دنبال کفش تو هزار تا مغازه یکیش سایز کوچیک داره confused
