سلام بر همه ی عزیزان....من یه سوال در مورد تغذیه داشتم........ماهی برای بیماری ام اس خوب هست یا بد؟؟؟چون بعضیا میگن ماهی سرده و خوب نیست ولی عده ای میگن خوبه...ممنون میشم اگه راهنمایی کنید......Huhlove28

سحر جون من میخورم ومشکلی هم ندارم ولی یه دوست دیگم که مثل ماست نمیتونه بخوره
عزیزم هر ماده غذایی میتونه به یکی بسازه ومشکلی نداشته باشه به یه کی دیگه نه
به خودت بستگی داره باید امتحانش کنی agreement2

مرسی پریسا جون ....منم مشکلی واسم پیش نمیاد وقتی ماهی میخورم ولی یکی میگه نخوری واسه مریضیت بده یکی میگه درمان مریضیته.پس منم میخورم......

کلا سردی جات برای ما خوب نیست ، و ماهی هم جزو سردی جات بحساب میاد البته بعضی از ماهی ها هم مثل ماهی سالمون گرم هستند . در کل می تونی ماهی بخوری و بعدش از چیزهایی که گرمی هستنداستفاده کنی .

بچه ها سما راست می گه کوسه ماهی خوبه خیلی هم گرمه خوشمزه هم هست .

گوشت کوسه حرام است مثل شراب که حرام است .


من که ماهی می خورم هیچ طوریم هم نمیشه . شما باید به خودتون نیگاهی بکنید ببینید اگر حالتون بد میشه نخورید اگر نه بخورید.
