سلام این بار میریم سراغ حرکاتی که خوابیده و رو به کمر باید انجام بدین
ببین تو این حرکتها که یکی یکی مشخصه ولی خب من اینجا هم میگم برای کشش و توانایی جسمی شما هست
یه جورایی صبر میخواد و حس خستگی شما رو مشخص میکنه که ایا زود خسته میشید یا نه ؟

گوش بدین :

وقتی راحت دراز کشیدین پاها رو بسمت بالا میارین طوریکه زانوها صاف بشن اگه هنوز سختتون هست خب اشکال نداره اول کمی زانوهاتون خم باشه ولی بعد از مدتی که تونستید این حرکت رو انجام بدین
اصلش این هست که هر دو پا رو بیارید بالا و زانوها صاف باشن و نفس بکشید دم و بازدم

بعد از مدتی که احساس خستگی در پاها کردید پاها رو اروم بیارید پایین ولی از زانو خم کنیند برا استراحت زانوها رو خم کنیند این طور بهتر خستگی در پاها بیرون میره� Smile

ولی اگر مرتب انجامش بدین بهتر میشین و حرکت خوبی هست من سعی میکنم حرکاتی که خودم انجام دادم و خوب بوده رو بذارم که شماها هم انجام بدین� 8)

وقتی در این حرکت پیشرفت کردید ، بعد از اینکه 90درجه پاها رو اوردید بالا و30ثانیه پارو بالا نگه داشتیدبازدم کنید و پاها رو با زاویه 60درجه تا زمین نگه دارید (پاها کاملا" صاف باشد )20تا30ثانیه در حرکت بمانید
بازدم کنید و پاها را با زاویه 30در جه تا زمین نگه دارید (20تا 30ثانیه حرکت را نگه دارید)
توجه کنید که در طول حزکت مهره های کمری را از حد طبیعی بیشتر گود نکنیددر غیراینصورت به کمر شما فشار وارد می شود.
این حرکت را 2 تا 4 بار انجام دهید.
میتونید دستتونو زیر باسن بگذارید تا کمتر به کمر فشار وارد بشه.

فواید:
کاهش چربیهای اطراف شکم و کمر
تقویت عضلات کمر
تقویت اندامهای شکمی
تسکین مشکلات گوارشی (نفخ را کاهش میدهد)
پیشگیری و التیام رگهای واریسی

موارد احتیاط و محدودیت:
اگر مشکلات کمری دارید دستها را زیر باسن بگذارید.
در زمان قاعدگی و بارداری انجام ندهید.

ناراحت نباش عزیز و به خودت فشار نیار. اوایل با یک پا تمرین کن تمرین کن فقط تا آستانه درد

راستی کمر دردیها زانوهاشون رو خم کنند و کف پا روی زمین باشه یه پا رو صاف کنند ببرند بالا دوباره خم کنند کف پا رو بذارن زمین

عزیزم من گرگان مربی یوگام.حتما استاد شریفی-گوران و عراقی رومیشناسی استادامون بودن و چند نفر از شهر خودمون.البته هنوز بعد 2 سال دوره تموم نشده.هی چیزای جدید مثل آناتومیه یوگا و ....اضافه میشه
