آخ چه خوب شد یکی پرسید...

کارشناسش میگفت ام ار ای رنگی داری دیگه!بعد که عکسا رو دیدم اصلا فرقی با قبلیه که بدون تزریق بود نداشت.
ماده حاجب کجاست پس؟

سلام سارا جان راستش من تو 2 از MRIآخرم تزریق داشتم...که بعد تموم شدن هر 2 بار نیم ساعت سرگیجه داشتم اونقدر که اصلا از روی تخت نمی تونستم بلند بشم با برانکار منو از اتاق بردن بیرون ونیم ساعتی دراز کش بودم angry3راجع به اون ماده هم از دکترم هم رزیدنت دکترم هم مسئول MRI پرسیدم که چه تاءثیری داره وچی کار میکنه گفتن قسمتهایی که مشکل داره رو روشنتر وواضح تر نشون میده اما اینکه کجا میره چیزی نگفتنwink2confused
من پرسیدم چرا سرم گیج میره گفتن بدنتو کمی ضعیف میکنه برای همین سرگیجه میگیری میگفتن بعدش مقدار زیادی آب آناناس بخور تا زودتر دفع بشهbadtasteicon_question

الهی قربونت برم معنیش اینه که بعضی پلاک هایی که توی MRI عادی معلوم نمیشه رو با یک ماده تزریقی شفاف تر می کنن که دستگاه MRI بتونه ازش تصویر برداری کنه . این ماده همون کاری رومیکنه که فلاش توی عکاسی انجام میده ...Smile (52)

واسه نمایش دادن پلاگ فعال ازش استفاده می کنند. یعنی اگر پلاک فعال باشه داخل ام ار ای رنگی پلاک هاتون به وضوح همون سیاه سفیده دیده میشه ولی اگر غیر فعال باشه دیده نمیشه .
می تونید ام ار ای خودتون رو مقایسه کنید.

نحوه اصلی تشخیص ام اس با MRI هست که برای وضوح بیشتر، تعداد دقیق و موقعیت پلاک ها با تزریق انجام می شود. من بعد از انجام MRIمشکل خاصی نداشتم فقط چند روز روی بازوی دستم که تزریق روی آن انجام شده بود احساس می کرد پوست بازوم حساس شده انگار خورده بودم زمین و حالت سوزش داشت فقط همین.

اصطلاحا به ماده حاجب ماده رنگی هم میگن شاید بخاطر اونه!
