سلام دوستان من بیش از 1ساله که سینووکس تزریق میکنم 6ماه پیش به صورت ناگهانی صورتم جوش زد که قبلا سابقه نداشتangryخداروشکر بعد از مراجعه به متخصص پوست و استفاده از دارو خوب شدم.agreement2از دکترم(متخصص مغز واعصاب)که پرسیدم گفتن که سینووکس در بعضی افراد باعث بیشتر شدن جوش میشه....خیلی میترسم 2باره جوش بزنم.حالا من چیکار کنم یعنی راهی وجود نداره که جلوی عوارض سینووکس رو گرفت؟ مثلا استفاده از داروی گیاهی یا رژیم غذایی مناسب؟آخه اون چند مدت که جوش زده بودم برام واقعا عذاب اور بودsad2

سلام
فقط 0.07 % از کسانی که آونکس داشتند مشکل آکنه هم داشتند.
این نشون میده که عوارض شایعی نیست. (منبع)
اغلب جوش ها هم اطراف گوش و کنار خط مو ها بوده. (منبع)
بعضی از این افراد مصرف ماینوکسیلین (minocycline) رو توصیه کردند. (منبع)

نکته: در مورد عوارض خاص و غیر معمول دارویی خود حتما با دکتر مشورت کنید.

تا حالا کسی نگفته بود،
اون موقع کورتون مصرف نکرده بودین ؟ یا دارویی که تعادل هورمونی رو به هم بزنه ؟

نه ناهیدجان ولی میدونم گاهی بعد از استفاده از کورتون هم بعضیا جوش میزنن
یعنی این ماینوسایکلین جنبه ی پیشگیری داره یا اگه خدای نکرده باز این بلا دامن گیرمون شد استفاده کنیم؟

خوب 6 ماه پیش جوش زدی و خوب شد .فعلا که مشکلی نداری ؟ اگه جوش برنگشت یعنی مشکل رفع شده. در هر صورت بدون دستور پزشک دارویی مصرف نکن.

منم 1 سال پیش صورتم بدجور جوش زد , الان هم یادگاری هاش رو پوستم هست sad

حدودا 9 ماه پیش هم رفتم پیش دکتر پوست, 2ماه minocycline مصرف کردم ولی بهتر نشد و دکتر برام Roaccutane تجویز کرد , الان بیشتر از 6 ماهه که Roaccutane می خورم ولی هنوز هر وقت سینووکس تزریق میکنم جوش میزنم

واقعا نمیدونم باید چیکار کنمangry3

اون اوایل که من دارو استفاده میکردم بتافرون اینقد جوش زده بودم هی بهم میگفتن چته نگاه صورتش چقد جوش داره این حرفا منو خیلی ناراحت میکردم و در مقابل حرفشون نیش خند میزدم میگفت جوش جوونیه ولی اونا که نمیدونستن من دارم داروی خاص استفاده میکنم دلشون خوشه ها confused2

دوباره جوش زدمHuhمتخصص پوست برام دکوتان تجویزکرد و چندتا داروی دیگه...1ماهه دارم استفاده میکنم..خوب میشه ولی بعد از تزریق دوباره......
زده به سرم دیگه تزریقو بذارم کنار...چاره چیه؟

این دفعه که رفتم دکتر وگفتم بعد از تزریق سینووکس 2باره دارم جوش میزنم وچند ماهه که دکوتان استفاده میکنم گفت دکوتان برای شما داروی خوبی نیست چون فشار مغزو بالا میبره و بهم پیشنهادکرد که اوونکس استفاده کنم شاید این عوارضو نداشته باشه البته من درد مفاصلم دارم که تشدید شده مخصوصا توی مفصل شانه و موقع حرکت دادنش درد میگیره که دکتر گفت اینم میتونه از عوارض سینووکس باشهconfused2
حسابی گیج شدم میترسم دارومو تغییر بدم و مشکل برام پیش بیاد چون سینووکس بهم ساخته و حمله خاصی نداشتم ولی عوارضش کلافم کرده..............حالا من چیکار کنم؟کسی تا حالا داروشو تغییر داده؟(از سینووکس به اوونکس)
