سلام
آيا زمان انجام MRI در نشان دادن پلاكها و تعداد پلاكها موثر هست؟
اگر در زماني كه علائم MS شدت پيدا ميكنه MRI كنم با زماني كه علائم MS تخفيف پيدا ميكنه MRI كنم فرقي از نظر نشان دادن پلاك و يا تعداد پلاكها دارد؟
چون در حال حاضر از هيچ دارويي استفاده نميكنم و مشكوك به بيماري ms هستم و هرچند وقت يكبار علائم بيخسي و خواب رفتن اندامها و تاري ديد به مدت چند روز تشديد پيدا ميكنه و بعد از مدتي علائمش خودبخود تقريبا برطرف ميشه.
حالا ميخاستم بدونم براي تشخيص بيماري ms فرقي داره كه در زمان شدت بيماري يا بهبود بيماري براي MRI مراجعه كنم؟ (از نظر ديده شدن پلاكها و تعدادشان)

در ضمن بهترين دكتر براي ms و بهترين مركز mri در مشهد كجاست؟ اين مورد رو فقط در پيام خصوصي جواب بدين چون معرفي دكتر در سايت درست نيست.

برای تشخیص ام اس مهم نیست که چه زمانی ام ار ای انجام بدید .
معمولا زمانی که دکتر مشکوک میشه به ام اس ام ار ای مینویسه حالا چه حمله داشته باشی و چه نداشته باشی .


زمانی که حمله داری یعنی پلاک فعال داری و زمانی که به اصطلاح بیماریت خاموشه و حمله نداری پلاک فعال نداری ( البته این مورد 100% نیست . ممکنه پلاک فعال داشته باشی و حمله هم نداشته باشی )

شما اگه میخوای از این موضوع مطمئن بشی هر چه سریع تر برای انجام ام ار ای اقدام کن .

بهترین دکتر هم زیاد مهم نیست در ابتدای کار . 90% اوقات خود دکتری که در ام ار ای کار میکنه ام اس رو تشخیص میده و در گزارش ام ار ای مینویسه

فعال بودن يا غير فعال بودن پلاك يعني چي و چطوري تو عكس از هم تشخيص داده ميشه؟

بهتر هز چه زودتر MRI بدی تا همه چیز مشخص بشه .MRI یکی از بهترین راه های تشخیص ام اس .و در صورت قطعی نشدن ام اس آزمایش مایع مغزی نخاعی میتونه کمک کنه البته من خودم این آزمایش ندادم چون تو ام آر ای ام اس من قطعی بود اول 7 تا پلاک و 6 ماه بعد 12 تا.

چون بیمه نیستم. برای ام آر آی خصوصی یا دولتی باشه فرقی داره؟ از نظر کیفیت عکسبرداری یا دقت تشخیص میگم.
كسی بوده که در چند مرکز مختلف ام آر آی کرده باشه و نتیجه فرق داشته باشه؟

هرقدر میزان قدرت دستگاه بیشتر باشه عکس وضوح بهتری داره
مثلا دستگاه 3 تسلا از 1.5 تسلا عکس بهتری داره

اما خوب پزشک رادیولوژیستی که در اون مرکز نتیجه ی عکس رو می نویسه
هم مهمه که با تجربه باشه.

در موارد خیلی خاص بعضی دکتر ها MRI برای جای خاصی رو توصیه میکنند اما در کل تفاوتی نیست.

من جاهای مختلف رفتم.
دکترا گاهی ناز میکنن اما در مجموع برای تصمیم گیری خیلی سخت نمیگیرن!
من آخرین ام آر آی رو توی بیمارستان سینا گرفتم که به نظر خودم خیلی تار بود اما قیمتش یک چهارم جایی بود که قبلیاش رو گرفته بودم! با اینکه اون یکی هم بیمه بود.
هیچ دکتری هم نگفت که تاره یا باید دوباره بگیری.
یه سر به بیمارستان سینا بزن.

عصر باید آمپول سینووکس بزنم و شب برم ام آر آی تزریقی. تا حالا نشده روز تزریقم ام آر آی داشته باشم . تداخل نداره ؟

فکر نمیکنم ناهید جان
من که تا حالا به این چیزا توجه نکردم.اگه مهم بود که خودشون از قبل میگفتن
این تزریقا ربطی به خوب یا بد شدن ام آر آی نداره البته بنظر من
