هرچند كه نشانه هاي بيماري NMO يا دويك در مغز بيماران بالغ بسيار نادر و غير معمول است اما اين نشانه ها و ضايعات مغزي در بيماران كودك داراي بيماري دويك به طور مكرر مشاهده شده است.
شما ميتوانيد نشانه هاي باليني كودكان داراي ضايعات نورميليت اپتيكا يا NMO كه درصد وسيعي از انها نوريت اپتيك (ON)يكطرفه يا دوطرفه يا التهاب عرظي طناب نخاعي ™ دارند يا هر دوي انها را با هم دارند , را در شكل هاي زير ببينيد.

16 درصد بيماران ارائه شده در اين نشانه شناسي مغزي به اين صورت بوده اند كه: 7 درصدشان دچار استفراغ شده بودند/ 2 درصدشان يا حالت تهوع داشتند يا اينكه نميتوانستند جلوي ادرا خود را بگيرند(هورمون ترشح ادرار (ADH) انها به طور نامناسب و بي موردي فعال شده بود) /5 درصد از انها هم التهاب مغزي(پلاك) داشتند و 2 درصد ديگر هم دچار دوبيني شده بودند.

در سمت راست اين شكل شما ميتوانيد تعدادي MRI مغزي غير عادي را كه مربوط به تعدادي كودك هست راببينيد.
اين كودكان كه به وسيله تستNMO-IgG انها در اين مقايسه و نشانه شناسي قرار گرفته اند قبلا مشاهده شده است كه روند نوريت اپتيك و التهاب عرضي طناب نخاعي انها در حال شكل گيري بوده است.

در پايين شكل شما ميتوانيد ضايعاتي را كه به صورت سيگنال هايي از ماده سفيد و پراكنده مغزي را كه در هر دو نيمكره مغز است راببينيد.
اين تصوير مربوط به همان بيماريست كه التهاب مغزي در ان مشاهده شده بود.
هر سه بيماري كه با التهاب مغزي ارائه شده بودند در تشخيص هاي اوليه ضايعات طيفي و اوليه بيماري NMO را داشته اند. همان طور كه التهاب مغزي انها هم به طور حاد در حال انتشار بوده است.

تشخيص ها و اطلاعاتي كه با استفاده از تست NMO-IgG به دست مي ايد باعث ميشود كه ضايعات واختلالات NMO به طور باليني براي هر بيمار دسته بندي شود. زيرا محل حضور انتي بادي ها گسترش و پيشرفت حملات بعدي را در نوريت اپتيك و التهاب عرضي طناب نخاعي پيشبيني ميكند.

منظور اینه که در کودکان هم این بیماری دیده میشه!
و در ادامه به تحلیل چگونگی اثر بیماری در کودک می پردازه!
چه ربطی به بارداری یا مشکلات بر فرزند یک بیمار دویک داره؟

نسترن خانم فکر نمیکنم که عصبانیتی تو
جواب ایشون بوده باشه.(اگه از این حرف من هم عصبانی نشید...!!)

ولی در کل احتمال ارثی بودن و انتقال ام اس از والدین
به کودک خییلی کمه .شاید هم صفر.
