آنچه بیش از ناتوانی جسمی و حرکتی بیماران مبتلا به ام اس را می‌آزارد، نحوه تعامل مسولان دارویی کشور است. هر روز قیمتی برای داروهای آنها تعیین میشود و اصرار دارند تا بیماران از داروهای ایرانی استفاده کنند. پیش از این با ساخت داروی سینوکس ایرانی بجای آوونکس خارجی برخی بیماران مصرف دارو را برای مقطعی متوقف کردند تا نتایج حاصله از مصرف داروی ایرانی در بیماران دیگر را مشاهده کنند.



«بتافرون، ربیف و آوونکس» شاید این سه نام در نظر مردم عادی و سالم جامعه، اسامی داروهای رایجی باشد که در هر داروخانه یافت می‌شود اما این سه دارو، ویژه کنترل و نه درمان بیماری‌ ام اس است. بیماری‌ ام اس یک بیماری ناشناخته است که سیستم عصبی بیماران مبتلا را درگیر می‌کند و هنگامی در بدن آغاز می‌شود که گلبول‌های سفید که نقش دفاعی در بدن دارند به میلین که حفاظتی برای رشته‌های عصبی است و کمک می‌کند که پیام‌های الکتریکی با سرعتی چندین برابر منتقل شوند، بجای یک عامل بیگانه حمله می‌کنند و هر بار که این گلبول‌ها به رشته‌های اعصاب مربوط به یکی از اندام‌های بدن حمله کنند، آن اندام دچار مشکل می‌شود.

به گزارش فردا؛ تعداد بیماران مبتلا به‌ ام اس در طی سالهای اخیر در کشورمان افزایش چشمگیری داشته است و هنوز هیچ کس دلیل ابتلای افراد به این بیماری را نمی‌داند لذا از آن به عنوان بیماری موذی یاد می‌کنند. این بیماری در بین زنان و جوانان شایع‌تر از مردان است و متاسفانه سن ابتلا به این بیماری رو به کاهش است. بیماران مبتلا به‌ام اس در طول مدت فعال شدن حمله‌ها از وضعیت نامناسبی برخوردار می‌شوند و در برخی مواقع حتی توانایی راه رفتن را هم ندارند و باید برای بهبود از داروهای کمکی استفاده کنند. بیماران مبتلا به‌ام اس از نوع پیشرونده وضعیت نامناسبتری از وضعیت بیماران مبتلا به‌ام اس خوش خیم دارند و بعضا بر روی ویلچر به زندگی خود ادامه می‌دهند.

آنچه بیش از ناتوانی جسمی و حرکتی بیماران مبتلا به‌ام اس را می‌آزارد، نحوه تعامل مسولان دارویی کشور است. هر روز قیمتی برای داروهای آن‌ها تعیین می‌شود و اصرار دارند تا بیماران از داروهای ایرانی استفاده کنند. پیش از این با ساخت داروی سینوکس ایرانی بجای آوونکس خارجی برخی بیماران مصرف دارو را برای مقطعی متوقف کردند تا نتایج حاصله از مصرف داروی ایرانی در بیماران دیگر را مشاهده کنند که در ‌‌نهایت بیشتر بیماران با پرداخت هزینه بیشتر، مصرف داروی خارجی را ادامه دادند.

اکنون نیز داروی «ربیف ایرانی» ساخته شده است و پروژه تردید میان خرید داروی ایرانی و خارجی، گریبان بیمارانی را گرفته است که مهم‌ترین داروی بهبود آن‌ها آرامش و دوری از استرس است. در هفته گذشته بیمارانی که برای خرید داروی ربیف به داروخانه‌ها مراجعه و ۱۷۵ هزار تومان به صندوق تحویل دادند، مطلع شدند که نرخ این دارو به حدود ۵۰۰ هزار تومان رسیده است.

در مقابل اعتراضات آن‌ها هم پاسخ داده شد که از داروی ایرانی با نرخ حدود ۸۰ هزار تومان استفاده کنید. برخی بیماران از بضاعت مالی بالایی برخوردار نبود، داروی ایرانی را خریداری کردند و بخشی هم از مصرف دارو صرفنظر کردند تا شاید فرجی حاصل شود. برخی بیماران هم اذعان داشتند که پزشکانشان، آن‌ها را از خرید و مصرف داروی جدید بر حذر داشته و گفته‌اند اگر پول خرید داروی خارجی را ندارید، بهتر است دارو مصرف نکنید.

اکنون بیماران چشم به مذاکرات مسولان انجمن‌ام اس با مسولان دارویی کشور دارند تا شاید ذره‌ای همکاری، مانع از حادث شدن مشکلات بیشتر برای آنان شود.

چرا باید یه دکتر کارکشته ای مثل صحرائیان آوونکس رو به ایرانیش ترجیح بده؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

من دیروز انجمن ام اس بودم..اونا هم ناله میکردن از این گرونی!
ربیف شده 420000 تومن!
گفت داریم با تهران مکاتبه میکنیم که بشه 200000 تومان!
خدا کنه...مملکت بی قانون مارو باش!

من دکترم دارومو قطع کرده تا ربیف تزریق کنم از کجا جور کنم این هزینرو angry3angry3angry3angry3

یه دارویی که (30قرص)می خریدم 135000ریال این بار خریدم 170000ریال بخون برو بالایی فکر جیب ما بیچارها نیستن به جیب خودشون قیمت میدن angry3angry3angry3angry3

داروی ایرانی اصلا تاثیر مثبتی نداره بدتر نکنه بهتر نمی کنه . رسیژن که دراومد من ربیف مصرف میکردم به دکترم

گفتم میخوام داروی ایرانی که درست کردند استفاده کنم خوبه گفت آره وبرام نوشت ومن دوماه از رسیژن استفاده

کردم ، اصلا نمی تونستم راه برم . فوری رسیژنو قطع کردم و بتافرون برام شروع شد.

واقعا مصرف نکردن دارو بهتر از مصرف کردن داروی ایرانیه .
