سلامت نیوز :"میزان کم" ورزش به معنی انجام هر نوع فعالیتهای ورزشی به میزان متوسط 92 دقیقه در هفته یا در حدود 15 دقیقه در روز است.
نتایج تحقیقات دو گروه از دانشمندان تایوانی و استرالیایی نشان می دهد در شرایطی که اعتیاد به تلویزیون از طول عمر می کاهد، انجام روزانه 15 دقیقه فعالیتهای ورزشی می تواند 3 سال به عمر انسان بیفزاید.

به گزارش مهر، پژوهشگران موسسه ملی تحقیقات بهداشت و دانشگاه ملی ورزش تایوان با بررسی بیش از 400 هزار نفر که بین سالهای 1996 تا 2008 در برنامه گزینش پزشکی شرکت کرده بودند افرادی که فعالیتهای ورزشی نداشتند را با کسانی که روزانه به میزان کمی فعالیتهای ورزشی داشتند مورد مقایسه قرار دادند.

"میزان کم" ورزش به معنی انجام هر نوع فعالیتهای ورزشی به میزان متوسط 92 دقیقه در هفته یا در حدود 15 دقیقه در روز است.

نتایج این تحقیقات که در مجله پزشکی لانست منتشر شده است نشان می دهد عمر متوسط افرادی که به طور متوسط 15دقیقه در روز ورزش می کردند سه سال نسبت به افراد بی تحرک بیشتر بود.

براساس گزارش خبرگزاری فرانسه، دانشمندان استرالیایی در تحقیقاتی دیگری دریافتند که تماشای تلویزیون و یا فیلم به مدت متوسط 6 ساعت در روز می تواند عمر متوسط را در حدود 5 سال کاهش دهد.

در این تحقیقات که در سال 2008 بر روی 11 هزار استرالیایی بزرگسال با حداقل سن 25 سال انجام شد نشان داد که در آن سال، بزرگسالان استرالیایی با سن 25 سال و بیشتر در مجموع 9.8 میلیون ساعت از وقت خود را در برابر صفحه کوچک تلویزیون گذرانده بودند.

این بررسیها نشان داد که هر ساعت تماشای تلویزیون عمر متوسط زندگی را به میزان 22 دقیقه کاهش می دهد. به طوریکه تماشای یک ساعت تلویزیون برابر با کشیدن دو نخ سیگار از طول عمر کم می کند.

در افرادی که تماشای جعبه جادو به 6 ساعت در روز می رسد عمر متوسط 4.8 سال نسبت به کسانی که تلویزیون تماشای نمی کنند کوتاهتر است.
