حتی برای شوخی هم به شکست فکر نکن!

بزرگی نقل می‌کرد که حتی برای خنده و شوخی و به صورت طنز و خنده هم نباید به شکست فکر کرد چون با این کار قبل از مسخره کردن شکست به آن هویت بخشیدیم و شکست را به صورت پدیده‌ای مهم و قابل اعتنا در زندگی خود درآورده‌ایم.
اما بعضی‌ها برعکس عمل می‌کنند و عمدا سعی دارند با مسخره کردن شکست، توانایی و قدرت خود در عبور از موانع و موفقیت به رخ دیگران بکشانند. مثلا در داستان زندگی خود بخش مربوط به شکست را پررنگ‌تر از بقیه می‌سازند و سعی می‌کنند با بزرگنمایی بیش از حد و غیرعادی ناکامی‌ها و نامرادی‌های زندگی خود، ثابت کنند که به دلیل داشتن توانایی‌های خارق‌العاده از این موانع به ظاهر عبور ناکردنی بگذرند و قله‌های موفقیت را یکی پس از دیگری فتح کنند.
در حالی که در عالم واقع، "شکست" اتفاقی است که فقط در بخش کوچکی از خط زندگی ما رخ می‌دهد و بعد از آن فقط تاثیر روانی به جا مانده از خاطره شکست است که همراه ما می‌آید و ما را رها نمی‌سازد و به شکل‌های مختلف آزارمان می‌دهد و باعث می‌شود تا لحظات آرام زندگی ما متلاطم و آشفته گردد. در این‌که خاطره شکست دست از سر ما برنمی‌دارد هم خود شکست مقصر نیست، چرا که شکست در همان موقع اتفاق، خودش رخ می‌دهد و تمام می‌شود و این ما هستیم که با قدرت بخشیدن و تغذیه شکست از طریق بازنگری و مرور آن به شیوه‌های مختلف باعث می‌شویم شکست جان بگیرد و بتواند به صورت یک شبح نیمه جان همراه ما و گام‌به‌گام با ما در تمام صحنه‌های بعدی زندگیمان هم ابراز وجود کند.
این‌که گفته می‌شود حتی برای شوخی و خنده هم به شکست‌های قبل و بعد زندگی خودتان فکر نکنید، به این خاطر نیست که شکست چیز ترسناکی است و فکر کردن به آن باعث ضعیف‌تر شدن و تحلیل قوا و انگیزه‌های ما می‌شود، بلکه برعکس به این خاطر است که شکست اصلا چیز مهم و باارزشی نیست و پرداختن به شکست چه به صورت طنز و شوخی و چه به صورت جدی باعث مهم ساختن بی‌دلیل آن و اهمیت بخشیدن بی‌مورد آن است.
دانش‌آموزی که خودش را برای کنکور سال بعد آماده می‌کند اگر به شکست سال آینده و یا ناکامی سال قبل خود فکر کند در حقیقت با همین فکر و مرور خاطره شکستی که گذشته و یا اصلا رخ نداده، باعث جان بخشیدن و قدرت گرفتن چیزی می‌شود که در زمان اکنون اصلا وجود ندارد. حتی اگر کسی به شوخی و طنز و از باب مسخرگی و لودگی هم بخواهد به این شکست و ناکامی‌ها اشاره کند باز هم به شکلی غیرمستقیم دارد به چیزی جان می‌بخشد که اصلا اهمیتی ندارد.
زوج‌هایی که با هم اختلاف دارند و دلیل این اختلاف‌ها را شکست‌های شریک زندگی خود در عرصه‌های مختلف در گذشته و یا آینده می‌دانند، از این نکته غافلند که شکست فقط یک‌بار رخ می‌دهد و همان یک‌بار هم تمام می‌شود و اگر در ادامه زندگی باز هم رد پای شکست‌های گذشته خودنمایی می‌کند باید دنبال کسی یا چیزی گشت که این رد پا را هر لحظه به زمان الان زندگی می‌کشاند. این فرد می‌تواند یک انسان غافل باشد که عادت کرده آدم‌ها را نه با وضعیت فعلی بلکه با اتفاقات گذشته زندگیشان شناسایی کند. این عامل زنده‌ساز شکست در زمان الان می‌تواند یک فرد به ظاهر شوخ‌طبع و ساده‌ای باشد که گمان می‌کند با مسخره کردن شکست می‌تواند انگیزه و قدرت بیشتری را برای ادامه زندگی موفقیت‌آمیز ایجاد کند.
اما نکته این‌جاست که پرداختن به شکست به هر شکلی حتی در خیال و تصور باعث قدرت گرفتن بی‌مورد آن و تاثیر منفی مستقیم روی انگیزه‌ها و رفتارهای فعلی ما دارد.
این عامل منفی و این تاثیر کاهنده بر عملکرد لحظه‌به‌لحظه ما در زندگی می‌تواند از همان ابتدا وجود نداشته باشد و برای این کار فقط کافی است نه به صورت جدی و نه حتی به صورت شوخی هم به شکست فکر کرد و به آن اهمیت داد. به همین سادگی!
