سلام
دوستان چند روز پيش كه پيش سلمان بودم مواردي رو ديدم كه لازم ميدونم اينجا بگم چون يادمه موضوع كبود شدن محل تزريق در سايت مطرح شده بود از طرف دوستان.
فكر كنم اين موارد مفيد باشه چون همان طور كه سلمان بهم گفت چندين سال پيش� تزريق به خود رو آموزش ديده بود و از اون موقع تا الان ممكنه مواردي كه رعايت اون ها هم ضررويست اضافه شده باشه

1 - حتما از كيسه يخ بعد از تزريق استفاده كنيد , مخصوصا مواقعي كه درد تزريق رو احساس ميكنيد ( اين كار اثر قابل توجهي داره . من خودم هميشه استفاده ميكنم و واقعا تاثير ميزاره در مواقع درد )

2 - افرادي كه لاغر هستند ... از قبل گفته شده كه ميتوان از كنار عضله . چربي و ... رو جمع كرد تا محل تزريق عمقش بيشتر بشه !‌ ولي اصلا و ابدا اين كارو در وسعت كم انجام نديد . يعني اگه ميخواييد عمق محل تزريق زياد شه از فاصله بيشتر پوستتون رو جمع كنيد تا يك قسمت كوچيك فشرده نشه . اگه اين كارو نكنيد به احتمال 90 % بعد از تزريق اون محل كبود ميشه .

نميدونم منظورمو رسوندم يا نه ! اگه كسي متوجه نشد بگه تا دوباره توضيح بدم يا عكس بزارم� Smile

به دوستاني كه تزريقشونو توي شكم انجام ميدن توصيه ميكنم
اولن موقع تزريق همزمان جايي در تزديكيه محل تزريق رو حسابي نيشگون بگيرين كه درد نيشگون نذاره متوجه درد تزريق بشين ( البته نزنين خودتونو كبود و سياه كنين)
دوما بعد از تزريق 3 الي 5 دقيقه دراز بكشين و همونجور كه حميد گفت از كمپرس يخ استفاده كنين .

اگر سر سوزن خيس شد يا به هر دليلي از حالت خشك بودن اوليه خارج شد ، از سر سوزن جديد استفاده نماييد .

اگر سرنگ شما به هر دليلي شكست ( مانند : فشار دستگاه تزريق و ... ) و ديگر قابل استفاده نبود ،‌ميتوانيد از سرنگ انسولين استفاده كنيد .

بهترين زمان براي تزريق 2 ساعت قبل از خواب ميباشد .

دو تا مطلب خوب پیدا کردم در مورد نحوه تزریق زیر پوستی..اصل راهنما مربوط به داروی کوپاکسون هست که تزریق روزانه داره..یه نقشه روی محل های مختلف بدن کشیده و به صورت تقویمی گفته هر روز یکی از این محل ها تزریق کنید

این تصویر محل های تزریق روی بدن رو نشون میده- هفت محل برای هفت روز هفته.

اینجا هم هر محل رو به چند قسمت جداگانه تقسیم کرده که برای هر تزریق از محل قبلی استفاده نشده و آسیب کمتری به بافت زیر پوست برسه..

سلام من یه سوال دارم
محل تزریق روی ران راستم سفت شده و درد میکنه الان بیشتر از 2 هفته است ، نمیدونم چکار کنم من فقط روی شکم و ران تزریق می کنم، راهنماییم میکنید؟ مرسی .

مهناز جان بيشتر وقتي تزريق رو سريع انجام ميدي اينجوري ميشه
سعي كن ارومتر و تو مدت زمان كمتري تزريق رو انجام بدي اين سفتي هم تا يه مدتي هست با ماساژ اون محل سعي كن عظلاتش رو شل كني ولي كلا چند وقتي هست و بعدش هم خوب ميشه ولي محل تزريقت رو عوض كن تا روي هم روي هم اين اتفاق تكرار نشه عزيزم

نازنین جان اتفاقا من این کارو کاملا آروم وبا دقت انجام میدم ولی از وقتی دستگاههای تزریق عوض شده دیگه نمیتونم روی بازو وباسن تزریق کنم مجبورم همش روی شکم وران بزنم، دیگه شکمم هم درد گرفته نمیدونم چکارکنم؟؟؟؟؟؟icon_cry

مهناز جان بهتر بود تاپيك مناسبي براي مطرح كردن سوالتون ايجاد ميكردين . بعدا سوال شما منتقل خواهد شد .

دليل اصلي اين امر همون طور كه احتمالا خودتون هم ميدونيد حذف 12 قسمت از محل هاي تزريق هست . 6 قسمت بازو و 6 قسمت باسن .
سعي كنيد كم كم در اين محل ها هم تزريق كنيد .
تزريق با دستگاه جديد در اين محل ها درسته سخت تر از تزريق با دستگاه قبلي هست ولي سختيش اونقدر نيست كه باعث حذف اين محل ها بشه .

تزريق در بازو كه واقعا راحته نميدونم چطور ميگيد سخته !‌ كافيه مانند محل هاي ديگه با انگشت شصت ضامن رو پايين بگيريد و با انگشت اشاره تزريق رو انجام بديد .
ولي خودم واسه تزريق در باسن برعكس عمل ميكنم . با يه دستم دستگاه رو نگه ميدارم و با دست ديگرن و انگشت اشاره ضامن رو پايين نگه ميدارم و با انگشت شصت تزريق ميكنم
