ممکنه بدون اینکه زیاد فکر کنید جواب� این سوال را بدهید؟!

"فرض کنید که به دلیل بروزیک� بحران مجبورید تعدادی از زنان و کودکان خانواده را به شهری دور منتقل کنید و� خودتان هم نمی توانید با آنها بروید!. چه کسی را از بین آشنایان برای این کار انتخاب می کنید؟چرا؟"� � � � � � � �

آیا تا به حال به این موضوع فکر کرده اید که چرا وقتی مدیران به دنبال یک شخص مناسب برای یک کار مهم می گردند، بلافاصله روی افراد خاصی انگشت می گذارند. چرا وقتی اوضاع به هم می ریزد اشخاص مشخصی ناخودآگاه به عنوان راهبر انتخاب می شوند و چرا در بحرانی ترین شرایط همیشه کنترل اوضاع به افراد به خصوصی سپرده می شود؟!� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �

خیلی ها دلشان می خواهد که هنگام ضرورت انتخاب شوند و همه عاشق برگزیده شدن هستند ، اما همین خیلی ها خبر ندارند که برای انتخاب شدن باید شرایط را از دست نداد!� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �

بله برای انتخاب شدن نباید چیز خاصی را به دست آورد بلکه باید حساس بود که چیزهایی را از دست نداد. برای مثال وقتی انسان به قصد شوخی یا تفریح و یا شور و شوق جوانی و یا هر دلیل دیگری ، یک بار ، فقط یک بار حرکت ناهنجاری انجام دهد ، خاطره تلخ و سیاهی از خودش در ذهن اطرافیان به جای می گذارد که به وقت� � انتخاب شدن همین خاطره سیاه ، همه چیز را خراب می کند و او را از چشم ها دور می سازد .� � � � � � � � � � � �

اگر می بینید بعضی افراد بیشتر تحویل گرفته می شوند و در تشکیلاتی که هستند ارج و قرب بیشتری دارند و یا اگر می بینید در یک خانواده فردی از حرمت و اعتماد بیشتری برخوردار است و امکانات بیشتری به سمت او سرازیر می شود ، هرگز چشم بسته قضاوت نکنید که همه این ارج و قربها به خاطر داشتن پارتی و حامی قدرتمند نصیب او شده است! مطمئن باشید او عزیز است چون بی جهت داشتنی های خود را از دست نداده و جایی که نباید کاری را انجام می داده ، آن کار را انجام نداده است .� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �

اگر کسی بی پروایی پیشه کند و قوانین متعارف و عرف جامعه را رعایت نکند ، باید بداند که که در حین لذت بردن ، هم زمان ، درحال از دست دادن چیزهای بسیار ارزشمندی است که بعدها هنگام انتخاب شدن مقابل چشمان رای دهندگان ظاهر شده و مانع از گزینش وی� می شود و او بی آنکه حتی خبر داشته باشد می بیند فقط به خاطر نداشتن شرایط خاصی ، قادر به جذب رای و نظر مثبت بقیه نیست و افراد حاضر در جمع به دلیلی که نمی توانند بر زبان بیاورند نسبت به او خوشبین نیستند .� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �

وقتی درستکاریم و نسبت به هم نوعان خود دلسوز و مهربان هستیم ، زمانی که بی اعتنا به شرایط جامعه و مصلحت اندیشی های مقطعی ، اصول و قواعد بنیادی اخلاقی و انسانی را زیر پا نمی گذاریم ، شاید به زعم خیلی ها چیزهای به ظاهر گران قیمتی را از دست بدهیم ، اما به خاطر داشته باشید که با همین شکل ساده رفتار ، چیزهایی بسیار گرانقدر و ارزشمندی را از دست نمی دهیم که باعث می شوند تا وقت گزینش ، به عنوان مناسب ترین فرد برگزیده شویم و همواره اولین شخصی باشیم که زمان نیاز و به وقت بحران برای حل مشکل ، مردم به سمت ما بر می گردند.
