امکان شروع زود هنگام اختلالات استخوانی در بیمارانMS - hamdam - 2011/07/13

در افراد مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس اختلالات استخوانی امکان شروع زود هنگام دارد
ساینس دیلی (11 جولای ، 2011) -- بر اساس یک مطالعه جدید منتشر شده در12 جولای ، 2011 پوکی استخوان و تراکم استخوان پایین تر در مراحل اولیه بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) در افراد بیمار شایع است.(منتشر شده در مجله پزشکی آکادمی عصب شناسی در امریکا )
نویسنده این مقاله:دکتر اشتاین ماری موعِن از بيمارستان دانشگاهي "اولوال" در " اسلو ومدیر تیم تحقیقاتی در این زمینه می گوید:
"ما می پنداشتیم، افرادی که MSدارند بعداز مدتی طولانی در معرض خطر کاهش تراکم استخوان و شکستگی خودبخود وپوکی استخوان ،قرار می گیرند اما نمی دانستنیم که این اتفاق به این زودی بعد از شروع MS بتواند بیافتد.
سطوح پایین ویتامین D با افزایش خطر ابتلا به MS همراه است. واین نقصان می تواند منجر به کاهش جذب کلسیم شده و این موجب اختلال در متابولیسم استخوان می گردد.
موعِن گفت: فرضیه ما این بود که اگر ویتامین D اثر مهمی دربروز MS دارد، دراینصورت اثار نقصان ویتامین دی روی تراکم استخوان بعد ار ابتلا به ام اس خیلی زود خود را نشان می دهد.
مطالعه با99 بیمار بامیانگین سنی 37 که یا تازه برایشان MS تشخیص داده شده بود ویا از نظر بالینی یک حمله ام اس را داشتند، شروع شد طوریکه هیچیک از انها معلولیت جسمی خاصی نداشتند.بیماران یکسال و شش ماه بعد از تشخیص ام اس آزمایش تراکم استخوان دادند و آزمایش انها با آزمایش 159 بیمارغیر ام اسی و با همان جنسیت و سن و نژاد و موقعیت مقایسه شد.
در مجموع 51 درصد از افراد مبتلا به MS پوکی استخوان یا استئوپنی داشتند ، در مقایسه با 37 درصد از کسانی که این بیماری را نداشتند. پوکی استخوان، بیماریی است که در آن، تراکمِ استخوان پایین تر باعث می شود که استخوان نازک ، ترد و شکننده شود و براحتی بشکند.
استئوپنی عارضه ای است که د رآن نیز نسج استخوانی نازک و شکننده شده و مستعد شگستگی می شود وشدتی کمتر از پوکی استخوان دارد اما فرد را درمعرض ابتلا به پوکی استخوان قرارمی دهد.

پژوهشگران نقش عوامل دیگر ی که می تواند درتراکم استخوان تاثیر بگذارد ( مانند سیگار کشیدن ، مصرف الکل و هورمون درمانی)رادر این مورد دخالت دادند که هیچ تغییری مشاهده نشد. این نتایج نشان می دهد که بیماران در اوایل ام اس و پزشکان معالج انها باید به فکر کنترل و درمان اختلالات استخوانی بوده و از بروز و پیشرفت پوکی استخوان جلوگیری کنند.
این می تواند شامل تغییر در رژیم غذایی مانند مصرف کافی ویتامین D و کلسیم ، نرمش ،های تنظیم وزن و مصرف به موقع داروها باشد."

ورزش و خوردن سبزیجات و ویتامین دی.
کسانی که بالاتر از 30 سال دارند و به میزان تراکم استخوانشون شک دارند بگن دکتر تست تراکم استخوان بنویسه البته نه دکتر ارتوپد(چون از نظر بیمه قابل قبول نیست) بلکه فوق تخصص غدد یا روماتولوژی . معمولا دکترها برای جوانان تست سنجش تراکم استخوان نمی نویسن میگن مگه چند سالتونه ؟ ولی جوانان هم ممکنه تراکم استخوانشون کم بشه.
من از دکتر پرسیدم این آمپولا تراکم استخوان رو کم میکنه گفت نه ،گفتم پالس کوروتون چی ؟ گفت نه چون یه دوره کوتاهه. حتی با این دوز بالا در 5 روز می گفت نه اثری نداره. ولی دکترها حرفاشون باهم در این مورد یکی نیست. هرکدومشون یه چیزی میگن.

عجب نامرده این ام اس.
این داروهام که همش داره اختلال ایجاد میکنه . اثرات منفیش بیشتر از اثرات مثبتشه.....!!!!!!!!!!!!confused2

دکتر که به من کلسیم دی میده و خیلی اصرار داره بخورم میدونم که این داروهای اینترفرن بعد مدتی یعنی در سالهای متمادی باعث پوکی استخوان میشه اونم توی دختر ان جوان confused

من قبل از تشخيص بيماريم يه آزمايش كلي داده بودم كه توي اون ويتامين دي من كم بود كه الان دارو مصرف ميكنم البته من دوسال بود كه پاهام درد ميكرد دكترم عكس داد ولي چيزي نشون نداد نميدونم كه كمبود اين ويتامين توي بروز اين بيماري دخيل بود يا نه ولي حالا ديگه همين يه قلم رو كم داشتم

خدا به من رحم کنه. من بعد از دو سالگی که اصلا شیر نخوردم و دیگر لبنیات هم خیلی کم. باید قرص کلسیم دی رو با توجه بیشتری بخورم.

چرا دکترها نمیگن علت اصلی پوکی استخوان ام اسی ها همین پالس کورتونه ؟angryangry همین که تشخیص ام اس دادن فوراً کورتن درمانیو شروع میکنن
