با سلام
بهترين دارو براي كنترل لرزش خفيف اندامها چيست؟ هم كمترين عوارض رو داشته باشه و هم ايجاد وابستگي نكنه و هم مدتي بعد از قطع دارو لرزش با شدت بيشتري برگشت نكنه ؟
فقط 2 تاش رو ميدونم كلونازپام و پروپرانولول كه بين ايندو نميدونم كدوم بهتره.
دوستان اگه دارو يا داروهاي بهتري ميشناسند معرفي كنند .

آيا روشهاي ديگري هم به غير از درمان دارويي براي كنترل لرزش وجود دارد؟ مثلا داروهاي گياهي يا تمرينات ورزشي خاصي يا مواد غذايي خاصي يا ...
خلاصه هر چه در مورد لرزش و كنترل آن ميدانيد دريغ نفرمائيد

به نظر من هر کدوم از ما تجربه های خودمونو به شما منتقل می کنیم و این اصلا راه درمان خوبی نیست
شما بهتره پیش دکتر خودتون برید واز بخواهید که براتون تجویز انجام بده

با سلام
اتفاقا با استفاده از دانش و تجربه هاي هم بهتر ميتونيم بيماري را كنترل كنيم. متاسفانه بعضي دكترها كه فقط از روي دقيقه به حرف ما گوش ميدن و بعد هم اصلا فرصت ندارند كه همه نكاتو بگن.بنظرم ام اسيها بيشتر ميتونند بهم كنند .
شاهدانه براي لرزش مفيده ولي من كه اثري نديدم

حبوبات باعث افزایش لرزش میشه. به جز نخود از هیچ حبوبات دیگری استفاده نکنید.

هر فردی دچار لرزش است اما بیشتر آنها خفیف است . لرزش به علت انقباضات غیر ارادی عضلات است و ممکن است در هر جایی از بدن ایجاد گردد اما اغلب در گردن بازوها ودستها ایجاد می شود بیشتر افراد تنها هنگامی دچار لرزش واضح می شوند که تحت فشار عصبی بوده یاخسته باشند همچنین می تواند عارضه جانبی بعضی داروها باشد . در برخی افراد بیماری لرزش و یا رعشه ایجاد می گردد و زمانی متوجه این حالت می گردد در هنگام گرفتن اشیاء لرزش های واضحی ایجاد می گردد اگر چه آزار دهنده است ولی خطری برای سلامت فرد به حساب نمی آید.
در بعضی موارد فعالیت زیاد غده تیروئید و بیماری ویلسون که اختلال در متابولیسم مس باعث ایجاد این حالت می گردد . در افراد بالرزش های ناتوان کننده نیاز به درمان طبی است و داروهایی نظیر پروپرانولول و پریمیدون تجویز می شود تا لرزش مهارشود .
راههای کاهش شدت بدون در نظر گرفتن علت آن شامل موارد زیر است:
دور کردن استرس

استراحت کافی

من لرزش را گاهی کم در دستهام دارم امابا تشدیدبیماری ویاواردشدن استرس یا فشارکاری زیاددرپاهایم وجوددارد.به گفته درد این ازعوارض تشخیص اشتباه دکترپیشین است که تمامی عصبهای من رو درگیر نموده بود.

چند ماه قبل از شروع علائم بیماری یه استرس شدید داشتم بعدش یهو همه بدنم شروع به لرزش کرد در حالی که سردم نبود و تمام بدنم به شدت میلرزید بعد از اونم چند بار دیگه این اتفاق افتاد البته بازم دلیلش استرس بود
خداروشکر الان دیگه مشکلی ندارم ، شایدم چون جدیدا استرس زیاد نداشتم و سعی کردم به مسائل استرس زا بی توجه باشم اینطوری بوده

الان تنها مشکل من همینه که داره از پا درم میاره.مخصوصا دستام که دارن دیوونم میکنن!
خسته شم از بس همه پرسیدن خانوم سردته میلرزی یا مشکل اعصاب داری؟ rolleyes
دلیلشم مصرف قرص دپاکینه که دکی برای مهاره این همه لرزش فقط یک چهارم از قرص کلونازپام تجویز کردن که بی تاثیره
برام دعا کنید تا خل نشدم!

من گاهی وقت ها لرزش دارم ولی خیلی کم که دلیلش را دقیقا همون خستگی و استرس میدونم !!!!!confusedconfusedconfused

علل لرزه

لرزه وضعیتی:
لرزه بی دلیل- لرزه بی دلیل تشدید شده- اضطراب یا ترس-فعالیت بیش از حد یا محرومیت از خواب-مسمومیت داروئی
مسمومیت با فلزات سنگین- پرکاری تیروئید- لرزه ارثی- اختلال مخچه ای-بیماری تجمع مس در بدن یا ویلسون

لرزه هنگام حرکات ارادی:
بیماری ساقه مغز-مسمومیت داروئی

لرزه هنگام استراحت:
بیماری پارکینسون-بیماری ویلسون- مسمویت با فلزات سنگین(مثل جیوه)


لرزش و یا ترمور دست
علل متفاوتی میتواند داشته باشد که بسته به ویژگیهای آن علت بروز آن هم متفاوت خواهد بود.
اگر لرزش یا ترمور دست در زمان استراحت رخ دهد ترمور استراحتی گویند و اگر در زمان حفظ ‏وضعیت رخ دهد ترمور وضعیتی گفته می شود. كه این ترمور طی فعالیت ادامه می یابد ولی ‏حركت و شدت آن را افزایش نمی دهد. اگر ترمور هنگام حركت وجود دارد ولی طی استراحت ‏وجود نداشته باشد ترمور ارادی گویند.‏
ترمور وضعیتی می تواند ناشی از ترمور فیزیولوژیك یا ترمور فیزیولوژیك افزایش یافته یا ترمور ‏خوش خیم باشد. تومور ارادی و استراحتی ناشی از بیماری مخچه مسمومیت با دارو و برخی ‏بیماریهاست .ترمور فیزیولوژیك ممكن است با ترس یا اضطراب افزایش یابد. ممكن است به دنبال ‏فعالیت فیزیكی و بدنی زیاد یا كم خوابی رخ دهد، می تواند ناشی از مصرف برخی داروها یا ‏مسمومیت با جیوه سرب منوكسید كربن باشد. گاهی هم ناشی از پركاری تیروئید است. ‏درمان آن بستگی به علت ایجادكننده دارد. اگر ناشی از اضطراب باشد استفاده از داروهایی ‏مانند اكسازپام یا لورازپام مفید است . در ترمور خوش خیم مصرف پروپرانولول موثر است. بهتر ‏است جهت بررسی به متخصص مغز و اعصاب مراجعه نمائید
