به ورزشهاي سبک دل خوش نکنيد!

چربيهاي شکمي يا «visceral fat» آن دسته از چربي‌هايي هستند که ارگانهاي داخلي را احاطه مي‌کنند و فرد را در مخاطره ابتلا به انوع بيماريها قرار مي‌دهند.

به گزارش سرويس بهداشت و درمان ايسنا منطقه کرمانشاه، چربي‌هاي شکمي که به چربي‌هاي مخفي نيز موسومند بيشتر ناحيه اطراف معده را مي‌پوشانند. اين دسته از چربيها با چربيهايي که به پوست نزديکترند تفاوت داشته و از آنها خطرناک‌تر هستند. در واقع خطر اين نوع از چربي از چربي تجمع يافته در ديگر نواحي بدن بيشتر است و فرد را در معرض ابتلا به ديابت، بيماريهاي قلبي، فشار خون و کلسترول بالا قرار مي‌دهد.


منشا تجمع اين نوع چربي، خوردن چربي، قند زياد و عدم تحرک فيزيکي است. زيرا کالري اضافي ناشي از تغذيه غيرصحيح در ارگانها تجمع پيدا مي‌کند. کالري اضافي که با ورزش نسوزد در بدن و در اطراف ارگانها تجمع مي‌يابد و اين روند مخصوصا در افرادي که از قبل اضافه وزن دارند، تشديد مي‌شود.

شنا، پياده روي و به طور کلي ورزش منظم در کاهش اين دسته از چربيها نقش دارد البته نبايد خود را به دو يا سه جلسه ورزش سبک در طول هفته دل خوش کرد بلکه چربي‌هاي شکمي و کاهش آنها نيازمند 5 وعده برنامه ورزشي سخت‌تر است.

مصرف رژيِم غذايي حاوي پروتئين، ميوه و سبزي بيشتر و کاهش مصرف چربي جهت تسريع در سوزاندن کالري دريافتي يکي ديگر از مهمترين راهکارهاي کاهش چربيهاي شکمي است.

یک سوال فنی
من الآن میرم پارک تقریبا 7 کیلومتر رو می دوام ، البته اینطوری نیست که همه اش رو بدو بدو بکنم راه میرم و می دوام قاطی پاطیه ولی هفته ای 1 روز میرم چون جون ندارم دیگه بیشتر برم می گید بی فایده است ؟ confused2
البته خودم حس می کنم هم وزنم یک چند کیلوای کم شده هم که شکمم یکمی آب شده تاثیر داشته یا نه ؟ کمه به نظر شما ؟ Huh
