دوستاي خوبم اين دفعه كه رفتم تهران دكتر، دكترم به من قرص امگا3 داد
مي خواستم بدونم هيچ كدوم از شما اين قرص رو مصرف مي كنين؟ اصلا ربطي به
ام اس داره يا نه؟

آره . من مصرف ميكنم . داره ديگه كه دكترا تجويز ميكنن . البته دقيقا نميدونم چه جورياس سيستمش . تا جايي كه ميدونم ا مگا سه واسه همه ضروريه واسه ما ( طبق معمول ) ضروري تره
واسه همينه كه مامانم هفته اي دوبار ماهي ميچپونه تويه حلقم� :'(

اره سارا جان منم اون اولا كه رفتم دكتر . دكترم بهم از اين قرص هاي Seven seez داد
بعد از اونم خودم به غير از يكي دو ماه همش خريدم و خوردم . همين الان مصرف ميكنم ولي نه مثل اون اولا سر وقت و ... . هر موقع كه يادم بيوفته ميرم ميخورم .
امگا 3 و 6 + ويتامينD براي بيماران ام اس بسيار مفيد هست . كه قرص هاي سون سيز امگا 3 و ويتامين D رو درونشون دارن .
ولي اگه بخوايم امگا 6 هم مصرف كنيم بايد قرصهايي كه شامل امگا 3 و 6 و 9 هست را تهيه كنيم . در كنارشم فكر كنم ويتامين D مصرف كنيم خيلي مفيد خواهد بود

بله بايد از اين قرص استفاده كرد و يا بجاي اون از ماهي يا روغن ماهي استفاده كرد
ولي در كل قرص خوبيه
من به جاي اون از كپسول ويتامين اي استفاده مي كنم كه شبيه به همين قرصه
و خيلي هم خوبه� 8)

امگا 3به تنهایی یا 6 و 9 هم لازمه ؟
آخه یه بار شنیدم 6و 9 لازم نیست یا نباید بخوریم ( دقیقا یادم نیست )

من همیشه امگا 3 میخورم اما یه چند روزی امگا 3 6 9 خوردم که حالم را بد کرد خیلی بد بودangry3 امگا 3 به تنهایی بهتره( البته به نظر من )شرکت های مختلف زیاد تفاوت ندارن اما یه مدلش هست که روش نوشته بدون جیوه من از اون میخورم آخه میگن توی کبد بعضی ماهی ها تو بعضی اقیانوس ها جیوه هست
