محققان اخیرا اعلام کردند مصرف قهوه غلیظ می تواند به بیماران مبتلا به MS کمک کند تا با بیماری خود مبارزه کنند.�
به گزارش روز چهارشنبه بخش انگلیسی گروه بین الملل باشگاه خبرنگاران دانشجویی ایران " ایسکانیوز" به نقل از خبرگزاری رسمی چین شینهوا، تحقیقات اخیر نشان می دهد قهوه، ماده ای است که می تواند فوایدی بیشتر از تنها کمک کردن به بیدار نگه داشتن فرد در هنگام شب داشته باشد.
گروهی از محققان دانشگاه اوکلاهما با انجام یک سری آزمایشات بسیار گسترده بر روی موش های آزمایشگاهی به این نتیجه رسیدند که نوشیدن حدود 6 تا 8 فنجان قهوه در روز می تواند از ابتلا به MS و همچنین جلوگیری از عوارض آن تا حد زیادی بکاهد.

خواص دیگر قهوه
۱- به دلیل خاصیت نشاط بخشی قهوه، ضد افسردگی است.

۲- نوشیدن یک فنجان قهوه در بسیاری از مواقع سردرد شما را برطرف می‌کند.

۳-قهوه به دلیل داشتن ماده‌ای به نام تانن از پوسیدگی دندان جلوگیری می‌کند.

۴- تحقیقات ۹ ساله دانشمندان ژاپنی نشان می‌دهد مصرف منظم قهوه به دلیل دارا بودن اسید کلروژونیک، خطر ابتلا به سرطان کبد را تا ۴۹ درصدو مصرف نامنظم قهوه می‌تواند خطر ابتلا به سرطان کبد را تا ۲۹ درصد کاهش دهد.

۵- محققان هلندی به این نتیجه رسیدند که نوشیدن یک فنجان قهوه در طی روز خطر ابتلا به دیابت را کاهش می‌دهد. زیرا ترکیبات موجود در قهوه از جمله منیزیم و پتاسیم به سوخت و ساز قند در بدن کمک می‌کند.

۶- تحقیقات مریم سابقی و یاسر دری، دو محقق ایرانی در آمریکا نشان داده‌است که بوییدن دانه‌های قوه می‌تواند باعث بازگشت اشتهای از دست رفته پس از آشپزی شود. آنان معتقدند که مولکول‌های قهوه با حرکات جنبشی خاص خود باعث جدا شدن مولکول‌های غذا از گیرنده‌های بویایی بینی و بدین ترتیب باعث بازگشت اشتها می‌شود.این دو محقق همچنین این روش را جهت افزایش سلامتی حیوانات در موسسه‌های تحقیقاتی پیشنهاد کرده‌اند.

علي . تو رو خدا رفتي پيش خانم دكتر اين مقاله رو بهش نشون بده .
من بابام خيلي گير ميده به خوردن قهوه و نسكافه ام� >Sad.
دو سال پيش من خودمم همچين چيزي رو خوندم . وقتي به بابام نشون دادم گفت" اين كه فقط يه سري خبر گفته . نگفته كه چطور به اين نتيجه رسيده ان . اصولا چيزيايه كافئين دار چون مجركن واسه ام اس بدن" Tongue .
بعدن كه با خانم دكتر هم صحبت كردم گفت روزي يه ليوان هيچ ضرري نداره .
ولي هيچ كدوم قانع نشدن كه ممكنه روزي يه فنجون كه هيچ روزي 7 الي 8 فنجونش هم تازه مفيد باشه :'(

من شنیده بودم قهوه برای ام اس مضره

حالاآخرش چیکار کنیم قهوه بخوریم یا نه؟

دکتر مجاری ادرار به من گفت.چای و قهوه و کولا نخورم.چون کافئین داره.
ولی مگه میشه نسکافه نخوردconfused

دوستان من ميگم زياده روي نكنيد اين محققان گرامي هر روز يه چي كشف ميكنن. قبلا هم ميگفتن چايي خوبه بعد گفتن نه نميذاره آهن غذا جذب بشه.
بعد گفتن نوشابه مشكي خيلي بده دوباره عوضش كردن گفتن نه زرد بدتره آخرش به اين نتيجه رسيدن كه اصلا نوشابه نخوريم.
واييييييييييييييييييي دنيا رو بدون نوشابه نميخوام خداااااااااا.angry3angry3angry3angry3angry3
