شيوع ام اس درايران حدود 17 برابر متوسط جهاني است



رييس انجمن متخصصين مغز و اعصاب با بيان اينكه در حال حاضر در ايران 9/52 نفر در هر 100 هزار نفر به بيماري ام اس مبتلا هستند، گفت: اين در حالي است كه متوسط جهاني ابتلا به اين بيماري سه نفر در هر 100 هزار نفر است و بر اين اساس تعداد مبتلايان به ام اس در ايران نبايد بيش از دو هزار نفر مي بود.



دكتر حسين پاكدامن در نشست خبري هجدهمين كنگره نورولوژي و الكترو فيزيولوژي، افزود: ايران جزو كشورهايي است كه بيماري ام اس در آن شيوع زيادي دارد و بيش از 50 هزار نفر در آن به اين بيماري مبتلا هستند.



وي در ادامه گفت: اين بيماري در بين افراد 20 تا 35 ساله شيوع دارد و براساس برخي از تحقيقات، افراد باهوش كه از فعاليت جسمي و مغزي زيادي برخوردارهستند، بيشتر به اين بيماري مبتلا مي‌شوند و افرادي كه سطح فرهنگي پايين‌تري دارند در مقابل ويروس آلزايمر - كه باعث تغييراتي در سيستم عصبي مي شود- ايمني بيشتري دارند.



رييس انجمن متخصصين مغز و اعصاب ايران با بيان اينكه حدود 18 هزار نفر در ايران از داروي اينترفرون ام اس استفاده مي‌كنند، اظهار كرد: تا به حال مبتلايان به ام اس از يارانه دارويي براي تهيه داروهاي خود برخوردار بوده‌اند و اميدواريم تخصيص اين يارانه‌ها ادامه پيدا كند.



وي درباره بيماري آلزايمر اظهاركرد: اختلالات حافظه مهمترين عامل بيماري آلزايمر است. البته هر مشكلي در حافظه را نمي توان مربوط به آلزايمر دانست چون اضطراب بزرگترين عامل ابتلا به اختلال در تمركز است.



پاكدامن با بيان اينكه ابتلا به بسياري از بيماري‌هاي مغز و اعصاب ارتباط مستقيمي با افزايش سن دارد، گفت: با توجه به افزايش اميد به زندگي در ايران، آمار مبتلايان به بيماري‌هاي مغز و اعصاب بيشتر شده است. به عنوان نمونه شيوع بيماري آلزايمر در سن 60 سالگي يك درصد، در سن 80 سالگي 30 درصد و در سن 85 سالگي به 35 درصد در جهان مي‌رسد به گونه‌اي كه در اين مقطع سني از هر سه نفر در جهان يك نفر به آلزايمر مبتلاست.



وي سردرد را شايع‌ترين بيماري در سطح جهان دانست كه بيماران براثر ابتلا به آن به پزشكان مراجعه مي‌كنند.



رييس انجمن متخصصين مغز و اعصاب ايران درباره سكته‌هاي مغزي گفت: سكته‌هاي مغزي دومين تا سومين علت مرگ ومير در دنيا محسوب مي‌شود و با افزايش سن رابطه مستقيمي دارد.



وي با اشاره به آماري كه در سال 60 تا 68 از ميزان مبتلايان به سكته‌هاي مغزي در ايران گرفته شده بود، گفت: سن مبتلايان به اين عارضه در ايران 10 سال پايين‌تر از آمار جهاني بود البته با توجه به پيشرفت‌هايي كه در زمينه پيشگيري، تشخيص و درمان اين بيماري صورت گرفته است به طور قابل توجهي از مرگ و مير و ناتواني اين بيماران كاسته شده است.



پاكدامن تاكيد كرد: لازم است براي پيشگيري، تشخيص و درمان سكته‌هاي مغزي از آخرين پيشرفت‌هاي انجام شده در درمان مبتلايان به سكته مغزي آگاه شويم و مراكز درمان سكته‌هاي مغزي را فعال‌تر و از داروهاي حل كننده لخته بيشتر استفاده كنيم و اين بيماران را در يك مركز متمركز كنيم.



وي در بخش ديگري از صحبت‌هاي خود با اشاره به هجدهمين كنگره نورولوژي و الكتروفيزيولوژي اظهار كرد: اين كنگره با هدف آشنا كردن متخصصان رشته نورولوژي با آخرين دستاوردهاي مربوط به اين رشته در زمينه‌هاي پيشگيري، تشخيص و درمان بيماري‌هاي مغز و اعصاب و تبادل تجربيات در اين زمينه برگزار مي‌شود و 14 نفر از برجسته‌ترين محققان خارجي و 70 نفر از متخصصان ايراني در اين كنگره به بيان ديدگاه‌هاي خود مي‌پردازند.



وي افزود: اين رويداد علمي از 24 تا 27 خرداد ماه سال جاري در سالن همايش‌هاي صدا و سيما برگزار مي‌شود و داراي 18 امتياز بازآموزي است.



در ادامه اين نشست دكتر فرامرز اميري - دبير علمي هجدهمين كنگره نورولوژي و الكترو فيزيولوژي - اظهار كرد: حدود 140 مقاله به صورت پوستر در اين كنگره ارايه مي‌شود و 15 سخنران از كشورهايي مانند آمريكا، فرانسه، آلمان، انگلستان و اتريش در اين رويداد علمي سخنراني مي‌كنند.



وي افزود: روز اول اين كنگره به بازآموزي متخصصان تازه فارغ التحصيل شده در رشته مغز و اعصاب اختصاص دارد. روز دوم مباحث مورد مناقشه در علم مغز و اعصاب به صورت مناظره علمي به بحث گذاشته مي شود.



در روزهاي سوم و چهارم نيز سخنرانان خارجي درباره موضوعاتي مانند سكته مغزي، تشنج، بيماري‌هاي حركتي با تكيه با پاركينسون سخنراني مي‌كنند.



اميري در پايان گفت: 6 كارگاه آموزشي مجزا در رشته‌هاي مختلف مربوط به علم مغز و اعصاب در اين كنگره برگزار مي‌شود و در اين كارگاه‌ها روش‌هاي عملي و كاربردي در تشخيص و درمان بيماري‌ها به متخصصان آموزش داده مي‌شود.
