اختلال در خواب - sami - 2011/05/02

سلام به همگی
من شبها وقتی میخوابم دستم هر جا که باشه ناخن میکشم !!!!! گاهی اروم گاهی محکم!!!!!وقتی دستم کنار گوشم باشه از صداش بیدار میشم و گاهی هم همسرم میگه دیشب من رو چنگ انداختی!!!!! و من کلی شرمنده اش میشم ودکترم میگه از اون جایی که ام اس بیماری هزار چهره است شاید مربوط به بیماریت باشه اخه همزمان با شروع بیماریم این کار رو میکنم !!!!! کسی بین شما این کار رو میکنه؟ اصلا شماها اختلال خواب دارید؟ ممنون میشم راهنماییم کنید

من تا حالا همچین علائمی نشنیدم
حالا به شوخی مطمئنی که فیلم خوش آشام ها رو زیاد نگا نمیکنی؟؟؟
چون من خودم وقتی ماه کامل میشه دوستام و گاز میگیرم

من هر چی گشتم چیزی در این مورد پیدا نکردم.
ببینید اختلال خواب در بیماری ام اس به دو صورته:
1) بی خوابی ها و خواب کوتاه و منقطع
2) مشکلات مربوط به سندرم پاهای بی قرار

بخش اول که واضحه اما در بخش دوم ما یه بیماری داریم که بهش میگن سندرم پاهای بی قرار
پادرد هایی که وقتی پاهاتون رو تکون میدی در شب احساس میکنی که دردش کم شده.
من خودم این مشکل رو در بچگی داشتم.
اما یه سری از بیماران ام اس مشکل اسپاسم در خواب اونم در پا دارن.
شما داری در مورد دستتون حرف میزنی که من نشنیده بودم.
دکترتون به نظرم سر سری یه حرفی زده شما علاوه بر ام اس دنبال یه جای دیگه (خصوصا مسائل روحی روانی)
باشید. خیلی از مشکلات خواب مربوط به فشار های روانی و روحیه!

ام اس تمام برنامه هام واسه زندگیمون رو بهم ریخت ترس ازاینده مبهم !و یا شاید هم مخفی کاریهایی که میکنم که مامانم متوجه نشه اذیتم میکنه......نمیدونم علتش چیه!!!!

سلام. منم گاهی اوقات اینطوری میشم.با ناخن دست خودمو را یه بار زخمی کردم اما مطمئنم از ام اس نیستWink

درمان بی خوابی و کم خوابی - Ali 324 - 2011/10/28

گردو رنده شده همراه با عسل و کمی اب میکس کنید و حاصل ان شربت خواب اور بسیار مفیدی است . خیلی هم خوشمزه است !!!smilingsmilingwink2wink2

خیلی مهمه که هممون یه خواب راحت داشته باشیم و وقتی صبح از خواب بیدار میشیم راحت بیدار بشیم ....
اگه کسی توی این زمینه مشکلی داره حتما باید دکترش در میون بزاره و بالاخره راهی پیدا کنه تا حتما خواب راحتی داشته باشه

بله مشورت با دکتر خیلی مهمه ولی استفاده از غذا برای خواب فکر نکنم مشکلیو برای سلامتی ما بوجود بیاره
بازم حرف سینا با دکتر یک صحبتی بکنید بدک نیست

بخدادکترهم رفتم.خواب اورهم میخورم ولی خوابم بدهangry2چون بامصرف قرص بازهم بدمیخوابم صبح کسلم
