فرق بین کسایی که سکته مغزی می کنند و قسمتی از بدنشون سنگین می شه(مثلا انگشتان دستشون به طور عادی کار نمی کنه) و ام اس که یه همچین علایمی داره چیه؟؟

جدي تا حدود زيادي به هم شبيه هستن
من چون مچ پاي چپم پيچ خورده بود و نمي تونستم خم راستش كنم رفتم پيش چندتا شكسته بند تا شايد بتونن پام رو جا بندازن ،تا پام رو ميديدن ميگفتن چرا پات اينطوريه حتي يه نفرشون گفت سكته كردي؟sad2

تا اونجا که من به طور تجربی مشاهده کردم کسی که سکته می کنه قسمتی از هوشش رو از دست می ده

یعنی علاوه بر از دست دادن یا مختل شدن فعالیت حرکتیش ٰدر سطح هوشیاریش هم مشکل پیش می یاد ............

ولی در بیماران ام اس من چنین چیزی رو در سخت ترین حملات که خودم داشتم مشاهده نکردم..............

علائمشون خیلی نزدیک ه!
علائم سکته ی مغزی (در حقیقت عوارض):
1-ضعف و کرختی صورت وبازوها یا پاها به خصوص در یک طرف بدن(همی پارزی)
۲-فلج صورت . بازو و پاها در همان طرف(همی پلژی)
۳-عدم تعادل و لنگ زدن(آتاکسی)
۴-اختلال در تکلم یا در درک کلام(دیس آرتری)
۵-اشکال در بلع (دیس فاژی)
۶-کرختی و سوزش قسمت‌های بدن-اشکال در درک وضعیت و موقعیت(پارستزی)
۷-دو بینی-تاری دید یا از دست دادن بینایی به خصوص در یک چشم
۸-سردرد شدید و ناگهانی
۹-از دست دادن حافظه کوتاه مدت وطولانی مدت-اختلال در قضاوت
۱۰-سرگیجه بدون دلیل و سقوط ناگهانی
۱۱-بی اختیاری ادرار و مدفوع
۱۲-اشکال در پیدا کردن کلمات و فهمیدن آن چیزی که دیگران می‌گویند.
۱۳-عدم توانایی در انجام حرکات ظریف.

اما سکته بیشتر بخاطر لخته های خونی در مغز ایجاد میشه و لسیون های ایجاد شده شبیه اند
مث این عکس:

و سکته با رفع لخته؛ دارو و حل کردن اون لخته خون تا حدودی برطرف میشه.
و عوارض اون با دارو ها و فیزیو تراپی برطرف میشه.
ام اس هم که همه میشناسیم.

نکته ی مهم تو تشخیص ام اس اینه که ممکنه با سکته در مراحل اولیه اشتباه بشه
یا برعکس. اما مطمئنا ما سکته نکردیم.

بیشترین شباهت سکته و ام اس تویی بی حسی یه قسمت از بدن کرختی نتونستن بلع غذا البته تو سکته مغزی همه افراد یه شکل هست علایم انا در ام اس در هر فردی یه جور و شکله یکی توبلع و غذاخوردن یکی تو را رفتن یکی تو بی حسی تن و بدن

من دنبال شباهت ام اس و سکته مغزی میگشتم که اینجارو دیدم به نظر من بی ربط نیست چون تو ام اس هم عروق مغز گرفته میشه و وقتی عصبی و استرسی میشیم چون پیامها باید با شدت و سرعت بیشتری جابه جا بشن ولی عروق مغز ما سفت شده نمیتونن و فشار میاد و یه چیزی مثه سکته رخ میده ، من وقتی میخواد حمله بهم دست بده یا عصبی و استرسی میشم یکی از علایمش خونی شدن مخاط بینی هستش???

نه بچه هااااا
این دو تا خیلی با هم فرق دارن
علائم آره یکم شبیهن اونم فقط چون مغز درگیره
تو سکته ی مغزی یا stroke که خودشم انواع داره البته، عروق مغزی بسته میشن، به سلولها، اکسیژن و مواد مغذی نمیرسه، پس سلول "میمیره"
اما ام اس به خاطر مشکل سیستم ایمنیه که "میلین" آسیب میبینه نه خود سلول!
اینم که همه میدونن سلولهای سیستم اعصاب ما اگه تخریب بشن هیچوقت جاشون سلول جدیدی تولید نمیشه...اما میلین خیلی راحت ترمیم میشه دوباره
