سلام به همه دوستان
با توجه به برنامه ريزي هايي كه سلمان عزيز براي ديدار اراك زحمت كشيد و انجام داد , فكر كنم در نهايت ديدار كنسل شد .
در اين تاپيك خواهشمندم پيشنهادات خود رو براي برگزاري� ديدار ها بيان كنيد.

لطفا به هيچ عنوان در اين تاپيك به موضوعات ديگر نپردازيد .

اول خودم يه پيشنهاد ميدم كه تدارك ديدار بعديمون مثل اين دفعه نشه .
به نظرم اول يه نظر سنجي براي مكان (شهر) بزاريم تا مشخص شه كه چند درصد موافق هستند .
اگه حدودا 50% درصد موافق بودن بعد يه اطلاعيه بزاريم كه كساني كه موافق بودن خودشون رو معرفي كنند .
بعد از مشخص شدن اين موضوع بريم سراغ برنامه ريزي و تدارك ديدن .

مهدي جان پيشنهاد رفتن با تور را كرده بودن كه به نظر من اين موضوع زياد فرقي نميكنه ! چون اگه ديدار تصويب شه ( با توجه به نظر دوم مهدي عزيز كه قبل از ديدار هزينه ها به كاربر تداركات --سلمان-- داده بشه ) ميشه بليط به تعداد رزرو كرد كه مشكل رفت و امد نداشته باشيم .

به نظر منم تا وقتی که پول قرار ها پیشاپیش گرفته نشه ، همه یهو براشون کار پیش میاد .

اولین قرار یه نکته داشت اونم این بود که از 2 ماه قبل براش برنامه ریزی کرده بودیم ، یعنی اگه الان شروع کنیم ، می تونیم برای زمستون یه دیدار رو برنامه ریزی کنیم .

یا قرارها رو دو بخش کنیم ، قرارهای تهران که مثلاً هر یک ماه یک بار انجام بشه ، و بدون نظر سنجی و این چیزا باشه ، هر کس تونست می ره ، هر کس هم نتونست نمی ره و خرج آنچنانی نداشته باشیم ، مثلاً نهایتش توی یه کافی شاپ . و بخش دوم هم بقیه قرار ها که براشون برنامه ریزی می کنیم .

بعدشم قرارهایی که انتخاب می شه ، حداقل به 30-40% بچه ها نزدیک باشه .

برای تعداد رای های موافق هم یک سقف در نظر بگیریم ، مثلاً �15% بچه های کل سایت ، که مثلاً برای همین الان می شه حدود 15 نفر (چون تعداد اعضای انجمن (فعال و غیرفعال) بیش از 100 نفر هست.)

به نظر منم برای سفرایی مثل سفر اراک و... باید حداقل یه ماه مونده برنامه ریزی کرد تا بچه ها کاملا خودشون هماهنگ کنن
واسه تثبیت دیدار هم حداقل 50% تا 70% شرکت کنندگان تو نظرسنجی باید رای مثبت بدن

به نظرم هیچ برنامه ای نذاریم بهتره...
ما هر جوریم بذاریم همه میگم خوبه
بعدم روز آخر اینجوری میشه... :Smile
اسم طرف در درجه اول باید معلوم باشه
که میاد ...
بعدم یه تظمین باید باشه اونم میتونه
پول باشه ..
اخرم هر کی گفت میاد و تظمین داد
تحت هر شرایطی باید سر حرفش
باشه ..عروسی داریم مهمونی داریم
امتحان داریم نداریم...
اول فکر کنین بعد نظر بدین ..حداقل
10 روز زودتر میذاریم که بدونین هماهنگ
کنین...
اولم میتونیم به قول حمید شهر بگیم کجا
باشه خوبه؟؟

من با مجيد موافقم ... قبلا بايد برنامه ريزي كرد و اطلاع رساني تا دوستاني كه راهشون دوره بتونن كاراشونو رديف كنن و از قافله عقب نمونن� Wink

بچه ها يه پيشنهاد دارم راجع به عكس !!
تاپيك پيدا نكردم اينجا مطرح ميكنم چون به ديدارم ربط داره ديگه !!
به نظرم اخر تاپيك هر ديدار يه عكس دست جمعي بزاريم و تاپيك رو قفل كنيم كه اون عكس يادگاري در اون تاپيك بمونه
اگه هم كسي مشكل داره با اين موضوع ميتونه به من اطلاع بده كه چهرش در عكس تار بشه
