دوبيني لحظه اي در يك چشم - farzadm - 2011/04/07

دوستان من وقتي چشم چپم رو مي بندم و باز مي كنم حدود 3/0 ثانيه حالت دوبيني دارم و اگر شدت بستن چشم بيشتر بشه ، كمي دوبيني شديدتر مي شه. ولي اگر هر دوچشم رو ببندم و باز كنم مشكلي ندارم.
شما مي دونين دليلش چي مي تونه باشه؟
من پارسال سمت چپ بدنم كرختي بسيار كمي داشت كه چون 6 ماه قبل mri نرمال بود دكتر گفته بود ms نيست و همچنين فشار چشم نيز نرمال بود. البته كمي دچار مگس پران هستم. و 6 ماه پيش اضطراب شديدي بهم دست داد طوري كه قسمت ناچيزي از ابروم سفيد شد.

این علائمی که می فرمایید نه تنها در MS بلکه در تمام بیماری های مربوط به سیستم اعصاب مشترکه.
شما باز به پزشک مراجعه بفرمایید.
تشخیص ام اس همون طور که در سایت آمده به سادگی نیست. مشکل در بسیاری از موارد مربوط به جای دیگری است.

دوست عزیز
به طور طبیعی وقتی یک فرد سالم یکی از چشماش رو با دست نیگه میداره مردمک چشمش گشاد میشه و و قتی دستش رو از روی چشمش برمیداره به دلیل عدم تطابق دو مردک به اندازه نیم دقیقه ای ممکنه اختلال در بینایی فرد دیده بشه .
حالا شما وقتی هر دو چشم تون رو با هم می بندین و باز می کنید خوب مسلما هر دو چشم با هم شروع به تطابق می کنند و مشکلی در بینایی به وجود نمیاد .
دو بینی ناشی از ام اس نوعی بینایی هست که عدم تطابق محیط به وسیله چشم ها رو داره . مثلا شما چشم چپ تون اصلا حرکتی نمی کنه که به طرف چپ یا راست با هماهنگی چشم راست تون حرکت داشته باشه .
و یا اینکه زمانیکه شما دارین به اطراف نیگاه می کنید اگر دست تون رو روی چشم چپ تون بگیرید دنیا رو واضح می بینید و این ربطی به موردی که شما اشاره کردین نداره .
ضمن اینکه دو بینی و تاری دید معمولا همراه درد هست .
سفید شدن ابرو ها و موها به طور زودرس هم بر اثر استرس و فشار های عصبی موردی هست که در خیلی از آقایون و خانم ها وجود داره و دلیل بر مبتلاشدن به ام اس نیست icon_question
